Alison was a very welcoming host and provided me with a quiet, spacious, and clean cabin with a nice stocked refrigerator Great spot to use as a base for a golf trip to Surrey/Berkshire.

A lovely place, and just as described. We had one full moon when the small river at the bottom of the garden twinkled as the night mist set in, it is a very romantic venue. Sadly we were two male colleagues and this aspect was irrelevant!! We still enjoyed this lovely venue,and Alison was the perfect host, guiding us in on her mobile!! Its tucked away in a lovely quiet road, to be highly recommended.

Woodland lodge was the perfect place for our stay. Clean & very well appointed, we had everything we could need. Alison was friendly, helpful & available. I would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a great location in a country setting.

Perfect place to relax! The Lodge is thoughtfully set up with everything needed. We enjoyed the quiet both inside and out. Alison is most kind, and she and her family (and friendly, loveable dog Haka) are there if you need them but they don't bother you. Here are a few things we enjoyed: - the walking trails - the food Alison provided before arrival, and the well-appointed kitchenette - the blinds in the bedroom (even one on the skylight) so we could sleep comfortably after dawn - the comfortable bed (and we are picky) - the great shower - the beautiful countryside and nearby Ockham - the dinner at the pub recommended by Alison (The Black Swan) We were delighted with the Lodge and our time there -- no complaints whatsoever! We will definitely stay again whenever possible and are looking forward to it. We hope it's soon! Thank you so much, Alison!

What a fantastic stay. My first experience of airbnb and we couldn't have wished for more! A perfect location, a lovely place to stay and the very best host you could possibly wish for. We recommend this more!

Stylish, peaceful and private retreat. Alison made us feel very welcome and the gardens are really stunning. Everything worked well - wifi, kitchen amenities, phone reception. Bed was very comfortable. You can tell that alot of thought and effort has gone into creating the retreat and I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Alison. She was extremely welcoming and really goes out of her way to take care of her guests. We felt really cosy and at home in the Woodland lodge, we enjoyed the view and the walks (despite the background noise of the M25). The only issue we had was because the internet was unreliable, best to be aware of this in case guests are coming to work. Apart from that we loved our stay and would love to go back.

Lovely stay here, the host made sure I had things for breakfast each morning as I was working locally, and even bought soya milk so I could have a cuppa. Really quick route into Hampton Court and Walton where there are lots of choices for dinner. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful host, perfect location for my needs and Carolyn was simply great. The room was spot on and perfectly described. Would highly recommend.

Great location, we loved the rural peace and quiet and yet easy access to pubs and towns. Accommodation was charming and well suited to a family or two couples for a short break.

Colette was the perfect host. She was very quick to respond to our emails and in providing information about our stay. She was very understanding when we were more than two hours later in arriving than we had indicated. We were delighted with our "welcome package" which included a bowl of fresh fruit, bottle of wine, potato chips and digestives, bread, yogurt and cereal for breakfast. Colette also provided other necessities such as milk, butter and cooking accompaniments. The accommodation was exactly as listed and as illustrated. It was extremely comfortable with a cosy rustic ambience. The location of the property is an easy half hour drive from Heathrow and a short distance from the lovely village of Cobham. It suits perfectly, particularly after a long flight. It is also a very good base for accessing attractions between London and the south coast. Overall we were delighted with our stay and with our host Colette. We unhesitatingly recommend Rose Cottage for a short or long stay.

An utterly adorable place to stay. So many nice touches , flowers waiting for us when we arrived, Colette allowed one of us to check in early after a long flight. The pics do not do it justice. The barn is well stocked with tea , coffee, milk and biscuits and fruit for when you arrive . I've stayed in lots of amazing places but I WANT to come back here again. I cant say enough nice things about this place. Top tip . the lane to the cottage is rather long and bumpy in winter and not sports car friendly ! :)

We had a brilliant couple of nights at Rose Cottage. Despite only being 5 miles from home for us it really felt like a holiday in a fantastic rural setting. Colette I hope you weren't planning on making cider because the children made sure the pigs and horses were well fed

Colette was very welcoming. I only wish I hadn't been working so I could have really enjoyed spending time in this gorgeous cottage. This was my first Airbnb trip so I think I was very fortunate to choose this cottage - it was everything it was listed to be and more.

Rose Cottage is a lovely converted barn. It is well maintained, the surroundings are just wonderful, it was the ideal place to go after work. Colette, is a really nice lady, she sorted anything we needed and the welcome food pack was top quality. We will definitely book again.

This is a lovely cottage and our stay was very comfortable. Collette was a friendly and accommodating host and was there to welcome us. There were some basics in the cottage for breakfast which was thoughtful. The cottage is well equipped with everything you would need. We used it as a base for visiting our daughter and it was a delightful place to return to in the evening. We would certainly recommend Rose Cottage and the beautiful surrounding countryside.

In a beautiful location, Rose Cottage was a perfect retreat. Colette was a great host and the little touches of milk and bread, fruit etc was very welcome. Great wifi, music and tv but we also loved the proximity to a working farm and saw a red kite, deer and lots of other wildlife. The area is stunning considering it is so close to London and the Black Swan at the end of the lane a lovely country gastro pub but with a great Waitrose in nearby Cobham, we made use of the small but well equipped kitchen. Thoroughly recommended. Car essential.

Staying at Lyn and David's has been one of the great Airbnb experiences! Having known that we didn't drive but took a train to theirs, they indeed drove to the station to pick us up. Lyn made great sponge cakes and tea for us, while David went extra miles to show us the area and great Thai food! Their garden's one of a kind-- and you could feel how harmonious it was to be there, as well as felt so grateful to have met them-- such genuine people who believe in ecology and collaborative neighborhood. Their gardens as a community project is award-winning, and it melt my heart to imagine a community in which all neighbors work hard together to contribute to make a difference-- most of all creating a better world within and among themselves. Such a shame I've forgotten the Buddist leaflet that Lyn has recommended us to read-- in her I've seen the best in humanity and humility that human beings should interact in this world for greater extent of truth, (com)passion, peace, and harmony.

Felt very at home and Lyn was very accommodating to my arrival and departure times.

Lyn & David are the best hosts that you can have! They are very nice, friendly and give us more than you can expect. The communication was great, Lyn pick us up in the train station and took us to the use where she explain everything we need. We stay for almost a week and couldn't feel more like at home. They respect our privacy but were also available to talk about life. Lyn is a great cook and we really enjoy every meal that she share with us. I can't write all the nice things that they do for us, but with my BIG THANK YOU I express my gratitude for the big and small things they've done during the week. We definitely recommend you to book with them because it's totally worth it!

Lovely couple welcoming me into their home. Very relaxed and made space in the kitchen and bedroom for me things. All the facilities I needed were provided and both Robin and Sylvie were incredible helpful with advice about the local area. I stayed here for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the clean and comfortable home making my stay very relaxing. I was very much looked after by Sylvie and Robin.

Visiting Sylvie and Robin was my first experience with Airbnb and I really enjoyed my stay in their home. They are wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. Their warm welcoming and care made me feel at home. Although the room I stayed in was not very big, it was clean, cosy and comfortable, with a modern spacious bathroom just next door. The house is really nice - the kitchen is big, has a great view at the pretty garden and the fridge is always full of fruits, providing a daily dose of breakfast vitamins :). Working in Leatherhead, I was usually walking to work through a really nice and green neighbourhood. I would like to highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in this area.

This was my first AirB&B experience and it was fabulous. Linda and Sean were so welcoming and interesting to talk to. It felt like I was catching up with old friends. Sean is even drove me to the local bike shop when I could not get one of the peddles off my bike. I never expected to I be so well looked after. Sean and Linda obviously enjoy what they do so staying with them was a pleasure.

A really pleasant couple of nights in a modern house on the edge of Leatherhead next to Bookham Common. The hosts were great. Relaxed, friendly and thoughtful. For me it was a work stopover, but it would also be good for people exploring the Surrey hills or needing good access to the M25 (about 10 min drive).

Beautiful historic home in a quaint village. If you are looking for idyllic and peaceful, this is it. Feels like you're back inside a Jane Austen novel with the best breakfast around. Patty is a wonderful, friendly host with lots of advice for sightseeing. Loved our stay in her home.

Some accommodation is just accommodation but here we were made to feel like we'd visited a dozen times already. Lovely hosts who really made us feel welcome even with our late arrival. The legendary bakery gifts were left on our motorcycle seats the next morning and three very tired and hungry motorcyclists found these the best presents ever when stranded later in the middle of Europe! Headroom is a little tight in one of the rooms so if you are over 6ft grab the first bedroom. Accommodation full of character, including the hosts.

Beautiful old house with all the knick knacks and pretty collectors' bits, as well as lovely period furniture. We had a delicious lunch at the house where we were made to feel so welcome. Patty and her husband went out of their way to be accommodating, from evening taxi rides to honey & lemon drink for those not feeling so good....great accommodation for us, a group of girlfriends catching up for the weekend!

Extremely welcoming and helpful on arrival. Room ready early, everything we needed. We were uncertain about our plans, but Patricia understanding and flexible. Nothing seemed to be to difficult. Comfortable room, slightly head restricted. Breakfast was at a time we wanted and exactly what we wanted. We'd stay again and recommend to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and so happy to have chosen to stay in this home. We highly recommend this place. We were a family of five, and it was nice to have three separate bedrooms for our older teens. It was a treat to stay in this historic, 17th century listed home. Be aware that there is little headroom for tall people with low ceilings / rafters upstairs, though a little bonk on the noggin is worth the treat of staying in such a historic period home. We had complete privacy and use of the entire upper floor, including three rooms and a bath. The breakfast was delicious and we also ordered a packed lunch, which was wonderful. Our hosts were amazing and took great care of us. Again, very highly recommended.

This is a lovely little cottage with a very well equipped kitchen and loads of thoughtful little touches like fresh eggs and the fire being laid in the stove ready to go.

Log fire was a god send in freezing weather and great kitchen for cooking in.

Sean and Linda made us feel very welcome in their home. We had just moved to England and they gave us plenty of information about the area and sight seeing and were more than willing to help us out. They were kind enough to include us at their family meals. Linda is an excellent cook and accommodated our vegetarian lifestyle. We have lots of memorable moments of having nice chats, playing board games, watching TV, spending time playing cricket and football in the garden and hanging out with their dog and cats. They let us use their kitchen as well and provided us with fresh fruit and breakfast every day. Sean and Linda have a beautiful house and the neighbourhood not to mention their yard is absolutely stunning! We went for long walks through the commons (trails) which are a short walk from their home. The bus stops and train station are all within walking distance. Sean and Linda are a fabulous couple who are fun to be around and love good company!

Sean and Linda are a lovely couple with a great kid who made me feel at home . They live in a beautiful place, and both the house and the garden are better than in pictures. It is a large , nice ,very well decorated and maintained home. Above all it is a cozy house . If you are thinking in a very comfortable place, Sean and Linda's home has to be your choice! This is the first time I use Airbnb and can not have been better experience. Before arriving in Fetcham , Sean and Linda worried about how I would get home and if I needed help. I arrived at night and Sean waited very nice to show me everything I needed to know . From the first moment they trusted me and took care of every detail for me not missing anything. During my stay they made me feel like part of the family and as if he were in my house. It is a beautiful place that conveys peace and tranquility. I had really good time with family, I visit here for my 12years old, boy join Chelsea soccer school for 5days. It was very convinient travel distance , within 10min drive. highly recomend place for holiday, business ..etc I enjoyed Linda's cook as well, family are quite healthy style of living, guest will definetly love it!!

This was my first experience of Air BnB and it was a great success. Sylvie and Robin were great hosts and very welcoming. They have a lovely home and the facilities provided were excellent. I will hopefully be staying there again and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

For Accommodation: The three rooms are located on the first floor without a direct physical separation from the rest of the house, two modern bathrooms, however, are only for the guests, one en suite. Sheets and towels are provided and correspond - as are the bathroom(URL HIDDEN)-Hotelstandard. Location and ambience of the hotel are very nice, shops, take-away restaurants and train station (to Victoria Station approximately 1 hour) are within walking distance. The large garden and the house are lovingly and modern furnishings, the great cuisine as well as the garden could be used freely - just for the children (especially the little one) a great opportunity to let off steam. The hosts Sylvie and Robin are warm and loving people with a lot of fun to visitors and especially children. It has rather the feeling to the grandparents to travel than to live with foreign owners. We have very comfortable and will certainly ask again if it verschlägt us in the neighborhood of London. Thank you very much - merci beaucoup!

Sylvie and Robin were very welcoming and made me immediately feel at home in their beautiful house and garden. The room was spacious and comfortable but, as a light sleeper, it was a shame the traffic noise from the road was more than expected in such a nice suburb.

On a cold night Barbara was very welcoming! Her house is spacious and immaculate. The room and bed were comfortable and she provided me with my own bathroom. Barbara's description of the neighbourhood is accurate: it feels safe and is very quiet. I would definitely stay again!

Barbara was there to greet us when we arrived & we were made to feel very welcome. She showed us to our room and explained that there was a small, ground floor, sitting room we could use if we wished. The bedroom was spacious & most comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, a large sofa where we could relax. Tea & coffee were available in our room. The bathroom was well appointed & sparkling clean.

Our stay in Max's apartment was very pleasant. The apartment was welcoming and comfortable. The district in which is the apartment is very quiet and the appartement itself is perfect to rest after a long day in London. Max answers messages in a precise way and explains everything you have to know about the place. We didn't meet him, but his mother live in the neighborhood (she even speaks French, for all French who still have problems with the English language) and she is ready to help if necessary. Would highly recommend! Lovely flat , local to some stunning natural sights ( Boxhill and Polesden Lacey). Really easy to find and would definitely stay again.

Affordable small apartment for solo or couples. Has all amenities you would need. Only issue was the shower was a handle you needed to hold over you. So it was quite unpleasant and inconvenient to use as I'm not used to showering with only 1 hand.

It is 2 mins away from the Swan Center and there are a lot of restaurants and pubs near the place. I lost a little bit, but Matt helped me out when I called him. He is a very friendly and helpful guy! I believed that I have to bring towels with me, but he offered me towels, which is nice in case you forgot or don't know wether to pack or not. The bed is big and comfy, slept like a baby.

Nadia found her stay very pleasant - Matt is a very nice host. Thankyou for making a young girl away from home on a training course feel very comfortable . We would book him again- the location was ideal for the purpose .

I've stayed at Leatherhead for business purposes and Matt's place has been a great solution for my staying. Located on the high street, very close to pubs and restaurants and at walkable distance from the train station. Matt is a very polite a friendly person, he has helped me with recommendations about local life and has been always available for a chat. Clean and confortable place, I definitely reccomend it.

Matt made me feel very welcome into his flat. I was in Leatherhead on business and stayed with Matt for 3 weeks. Perfect location for shops, train to London. I would certainly recommend you can have total privacy, but also a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a chat after work. The room was great lovely bedding own TV and private bathroom next to the room. If I went back to Leatherhead on business would stay again

We had to arrive late in the evening, and Linda stayed up to welcome us with teas and home-baked biscuits. A very welcome start, Noelle was very kind, able to chat when you Wanted and also very private when you just wanted to be in your room. A very pleasant stay and very close to town.

Noelle's communication was excellent, she promptly responded, helped make my arrival as smooth as possible and was very very helpful in all aspects. She is a fabulous host, I only regret not having stayed longer in order to get to more about each other. As things were, I have wished for nothing. The room and bed is lovely, the house absolutely charming and filled with love - and her dog is an adorable sweetheart! There is literally nothing to not love about this Airbnb listing. Noelle provided a fabulous breakfast with many choices, fresh towels, little touches like a self-made card with emergency numbers, etc. - everything was perfect and even more than I was expecting. It is easy to find, the neighbourhood is safe and Noelle's home is tucked away in a corner, making it feel even more cozy and protected, and has a pretty garden to boot! Perfect to sit outside and appreciate the sun. I have no qualms in 100% recommending Noelle's for shorter and longer stays - it suits all sorts.

Since taking on this contract in leatherhead it is so convenient booking into airbnb accommodation. My journey time to and from London would be horrendous. Staying at Noelle's place is a home from home experience. The room is spaceous and clean. It is very quiet yet I can get to major roads for connections easily. I would recommend staying at Noelle's place.

Noelle has a lovely spacious house. It is centrally located, but the street is quiet. Everything is clean, and the bed very comfy. The dog is friendly, Noelle also provided a good breakfast. Would be happy to return.

Eleanor was friendly and welcoming. It was lovely to stay at her beautiful, warm and comfortable home. This was my first airbnb experience and it gives me the courage to try it again.
