Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. At the top of the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Exclusive house half (156 sqm) in Lingen-Baccum with separate wellness floor for up to 8-9 people, from two nights. Basic price €150 per night for up to 4 people, each additional person €28. Children up to two years stay free of charge in their parents' room. A baby cot is available. The wellness area (70 sqm) costs, in addition to a basic fee of €30, €20 per person up to three hours, with two uses by the same people, €15 per person per use. Our vacation home is suitable for up to 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!
