Holiday rentals with lake access in Emsland

We felt super comfortable in Paul's house! Great house for 8 people, as you have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. All windows have fly screens, which is very convenient. Very nice garden and terrace, everything very clean. The kitchen is totally well equipped, we didn't miss anything! Very quiet location, but the nearest town with a supermarket is not too far away. The swimming area/sailboat are across the street, but that didn't bother us. We definitely want to come back 😊

We only had a short stay in the lovely house. Clean and equipped with every comfort. Good beds, kitchen with everything you need. The sauna and bath are also lovely! The only small point is that the pleat curtains are not really blackout, so used sleeping mask for the dark. Furthermore, a beautiful green area. Hostess and gentleman respond quickly!

This quirky cottage is very well equipped, full of character and set in a beautiful and tranquil location. The local town of Oldberg offers a supermarket, bakery and chemist shop plus a couple of café/restaurants and the cottage is close enough to the major routes so as to offer easy access to larger settlements such as Zwolle and Heerenveen. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the property to those seeking a bit of peace and quiet in pleasant surroundings.

Stayed here for two nights with my kids. We loved the house! Very fully furnished, everything was present in the beautiful kitchen. Despite the bad weather, we had a great time!

We stayed in the accommodation over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable. The location right on the water is a highlight. It is a very quiet area, so highly recommended for a relaxing break.

We had a short vacation with two children. The accommodation has enough space for a family of 4. The rooms were all clean. You have everything you need. And we had felt like at home. In the garden there is a nice sauna and a large hot tub. The sauna is worth the money in our opinion. And we were allowed to enjoy the hot tub to the fullest with the wood provided to us free of charge. The surroundings and a very nice playground also leave nothing to be desired. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you and all the best!

Super great and very friendly stay with dear Ruth. For children it is also great, a lot of green space is available, a small private playground that you can use. Friendly hosts can be reached quickly, what more could you ask for. Thanks Ruth for the nice pleasant days

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and slept well. The whole place was spotlessly clean; the kitchen well equipped. The small terrace in front of the apartment is covered. Next door to the water is a jetty that invites you to linger. Uwe was open-minded and friendly. We got excursion tips. We were able to borrow bicycles from him for a small fee. In the village there is an inn with a beautiful beer garden. The whole settlement is extremely well maintained. Dyke, bakery and supermarket are within walking distance. We highly recommend Uwe's apartment!

Very easy to find and has everything you need for a short vacation. The building itself also looks very modern. I'd love to come back!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable bed, very friendly host. The next day the host gave us a detailed introduction to the surrounding cities and how to drive a boat to visit nearby attractions. Unforgettable travel experience, we will come again.

The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped – everything from the kitchen to the bathroom was right. The location is particularly notable: an absolute dream for anglers! We visited the town of Sneek, which is about 15 minutes away and into the town of Joure, which is about 25 minutes away. Unfortunately, in bad weather, there are hardly any alternatives to do anything else. This should not be considered a criticism of the owner of this apartment, it is just a small note for younger couples. Communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. Overall a completely successful stay – I will be happy to come back!

Maurits and his wife are lovely and welcoming people. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Maurits who immediately gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment is located under their detached house on the water which was really great. The space is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were able to enjoy a nice Brabant's sausage roll and a bottle of wine. We quickly felt at home, which is always important to us. The living room is large, large bed nice kitchen and a separate shower room with a washer-dryer. The only thing was that there was only one window where the light could come in. This was no problem for us, especially not because the living space was large and we actually didn't suffer from this. We were allowed to use the jetty and the conservatory overlooking the water. We felt really welcome what a nice side effect of our stay was. We would like to come back in the future.

We felt comfortable from the appendix to the end. Modern furnishings, everything as described. The special treat: The loving basket with toys and other extras for our four-legged companion If there is anything to complain about, it is the noise from the main road with the window open. Quiet again in the evening, so you could sleep relaxed. I will definitely return!

The cottage is as shown in the photos and equipped with every comfort! Everything has been thought of. At the table you can sit with a view of the water where many birds can be seen. When we arrived there was snow and ice which was beautiful to see. In the second half of the week it was so hot that we could sit outside. We have enjoyed the place and the silence. We had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, we immediately felt welcome. The cottage itself is beautiful, cozily furnished and the wood-burning stove provided extra atmosphere and warmth — perfect for a relaxing evening. The surroundings are magnificent, in the middle of nature, ideal for walks and unwind. At the same time, there is plenty to do nearby: nice villages, beautiful routes and activities for everyone. Definitely recommended, we will happy to come back!

We had a wonderful few days at this great place. The decor is color selection is really great, the hot tub and the various outdoor seating is a real highlight. The entire garden area is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Wilko responded thoughtfully and quickly to requests. Only the beds have been a little too soft for our taste, which does not stop us from visiting this house again!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful house with associated garden, lake and 2 great highland cattle( Berta & Fernando). The house is small, but Anna has furnished it optimally with a lot of attention to detail. We lacked nothing! All spots such as the various terraces, sitting areas in the garden, the place on the lake, etc. were very cozy and extremely beautiful! The equipment is very upscale and very inviting! Communication with Anna was excellent! She was responsive at all times and responded to requests right away. We felt extremely comfortable and can fully recommend this paradise!! Absolutely a highlight! What a lovely home with lots of privacy, well appointed kitchen with good stuff and lovely beds. Beautiful boat rented and sauna on the water was really great!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location right on the water was particularly nice, which is why we also took the opportunity to rent a boat.

A lovely place if you want to relax. The extra attention was also great what can a person feel welcome.
