Our apartment "Friesenbude" has been freshly renovated and furnished. It has been furnished in a maritime style and is inviting for relaxation with North Sea flair. Not only the maritime style but also the garden, the quiet location and last but not least the proximity to the beach of the ground floor apartment make you feel like you are on vacation. The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, by bike, or car, about 1900 m away. The property offers a wallbox for electric cars.

"FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

In the heart of the coastal resort of Dornumersiel, on the 2nd floor of a quiet, well-kept and new 4-party house, you will find our 60 sqm, bright and lovingly furnished apartment Heimathafen. From Heimathafen, you can easily reach the beach and the harbor of Dornumersiel or the "Dornumersieler Tief" in just 20 minutes on foot, where you can example, you can ride a pedal boat. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for cycling tours.

Granary on the Wilhelminenhof

The old Kaarnhuus formerly represented the connection between commercial and residential buildings. Now a cozy apartment for four people has been created here. On the first floor is the living and dining area with a cozy fireplace. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a nice bathroom. On the terrace, there is sun from noon and you can look into the garden and meadows. The sea is about 1 km across the road and the beach is about 10 minutes by bike.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Relax on the spacious terrace or in the idyllic garden with barbecue area. Children are very welcome, and the allergy-friendly apartment ensures a pleasant living experience.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
