In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. The Deichtraum apartment is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the proximity to the beach also invite you to relax. The beach can be comfortably reached in about 1300 m on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

"FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

From Heimathafen, you can easily reach the beach and the harbor of Dornumersiel or the "Dornumersieler Tief" in just 20 minutes on foot, where you can example, you can ride a pedal boat. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for cycling tours.

Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. Meanwhile, we also rent it to holiday guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sandy beach or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
