Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Enjoy the peace and quiet in this spacious, clay-plastered accommodation. This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. This rustic cottage in the large cottage garden of the "Willrathshof" can accommodate two to three people. The fantastic view from the terrace of the horse pastures lets you relax immediately! You also have the opportunity to stay with us in the straw. An adventure for young and old! Our farm is located directly on the Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site, through which you can walk with Watt'n Piet (Peter) to the island of Baltrum.

Our maritime furnished apartment "Emily's Deichbude" (newly renovated and furnished in 2022) is quietly located in a beautiful historic Art Nouveau villa on the second floor. From the quietly located villa, the beach of Dornumersiel is in approx. 5 minutes by car. It can also be reached via the dike, on foot or by bike after about 3 km. The villa is ideally located to explore East Frisia and the East Frisian Islands.
