Only about an hour and a half from Hamburg, the vacation home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and activity. The Salzhaff is only 150 meters away and invites you to great sunsets as well as water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing, SUP and kayaking. Furthermore, the surroundings offer a variety of beautiful bike paths for cycling enthusiasts.

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

The apartment is located in the magnificent farmhouse on the 2nd floor. It is about 40 square meters and has a small hallway in the entrance area, a bathroom with shower, an open living-sleeping area and a balcony, about 8 square meters.
