The Salzhaff is only 150 meters away and invites you to great sunsets as well as water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing, SUP and kayaking. Furthermore, the surroundings offer a variety of beautiful bike paths for cycling enthusiasts.

On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. The cottage has a small kitchen with a two-burner stove, fridge, sink, kettle and toaster. Dishes and cookware are sufficiently available. The small bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a small hairdryer. On a gallery accessible with a ladder is the approx. 1.50 m wide and almost 2 m long sleeping area with a simple mattress. The old corner couch below can be opened and offers a sleeping area of approx. 1.20 m to about 2 m.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. The one-room apartment is located under a rustic Finnish hut and is 300 meters from the Kirchsee (Baltic Sea). From the window front you look directly into a lush garden with old trees and flowers. A species-rich bird world, various butterfly species, deer, hares and passing ships make the stay a real nature experience on this magical island. Beautiful sandy beaches are 20 minutes away by bike. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
