The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

In the kitchen with a cozy dining area you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable food. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower.

Please note: the chalet is about 300 m from the parking area and accessible only on foot. The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and can be reached via a paved walking path. You may borrow a handcart for your luggage. Check-in takes place at the reception of the Jugendstilhotel Trifels.

In the heart (market square) of Landau, lies our charming townhouse, which is more than 270 years old. Elaborately restored and modernized, it serves as a retreat for our guests. Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Nur 10 min vom wunderschönen Städtchen Landau entfernt. Unser Grundstück ist ca. 2200 qm groß und die Wohnung liegt direkt an unserem sehr großen naturbelassenen Garten. Dort kann man sich nach Herzenslust erholen, lesen, spielen..... .Gerne begrüßen wir Kinder und freundliche Vierbeiner.

Die kleine aber feine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung "Am Herrengarten" liegt am Ortsrand von Ingenheim, je nach Bepflanzung mit Blick in die Landschaft neben unserem Haus. Teilnutzung des Gartens ist möglich. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar sparzieren gehen, wandern und mit dem Rad fahren. Für die Fahrräder unterzustellen, ist ein extra Gartenhaus vorhanden.

The vacation home is located in the center of Billigheim, in the beautiful Southern Palatinate. From here, hikes and bike tours can be planned. The cozy house (85 m²) is equipped with two bedrooms and suitable for 2-4 people. The kitchen has the basic equipment for cooking, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, ceramic stovetop with oven, toaster, kettle and egg cooker and a Senseo coffee maker.
