In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. Located in the Kempische forests, near Eersel, is this Finnish Kota with private Jacuzzi and wood-fired sauna barrel. Everything has been thought of. The luxurious Italian sofa bed ensures that you can sleep 4 people. The double bed has an extra long mattress so that even the taller people can sleep wonderfully. Walking and MTB trails start at the Kota, and our animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses, alpacas and even a camel) walk around comfortably.

The large space is cozy and comfortable, a lot of attention is paid to the special interior. Ideal for family or group stay. Plenty of space for conviviality, or to find your own quiet spot. The pony can go for a walk, and on request, a ride can be made on the big horse. In the group room, there is a bedroom (2 people), sleeping loft (2), six single beds. In the super cozy gypsy wagon (2 people), your pet is allowed, can be booked on request.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
