The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. In the middle of the beautiful Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the ideal starting point for walking and cycling trips. Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

Being almost on the banks of the river ‘Maas’, with its beautiful marshlands and so close to the forest, this is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and the peacefulness of nature. In the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch ("Den Bosch"), we offer you a luxurious stay in our beautifully renovated, 15th century house, named the "Gulden Engel"! You will stay in our delightful guest room on the ground floor, with a superb king-size bed. Under the goose down you will never be too hot or cold. Enjoy a (complimentary) drink in your own little back garden. Within 300 feet you can dine on Michelin stars or enjoy the famous Dutch kroket! Anything is possible in Den Bosch!

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.
