Grandma's living room is separate at one end of the house. Here there is intimacy and cosiness in abundance, and you will experience tranquility and views of nature through all the windows. Outside there is a playground, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and even your electric car can stand undisturbed in the carport and charge.

Newly renovated bright apartment on the ground floor in a detached house in Lysbro, 3 km from the center of Silkeborg. There is access to the garden, terraces and pavilion, a view of Lysbro forest and from our garden there is direct access to Lyså. There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Our place is close to lake and forest and there is a good opportunity for hiking and biking. You can also take advantage of the mountain bike tracks in the forests, as well as kayak and paddleboard from the boat bridge in our garden.

You'll be close to everything when you (up to 8 people) live in this centrally located home. In 5 min. you can go to supermarkets, pharmacy, sushi, pizzerias, specialty shops, hairdressers, ball courts, skate park, cafe, doctors, dentists oma. In the car, you can reach Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg in under 25 minutes. And in less than an hour you can Legoland, Djurs Summerland, Billund and Aarhus airport, Herning, Vejle, Kolding, Viborg and almost to Aalborg. The villa has its own charger for your electric car. Start the day with coffee on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord. Take a walk in the garden where there are two small lakes and lots of nature to explore. Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers wonderful walks along the water all year round. In under 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes, and some of the area's best ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day out in nature.

Cozy Annex in the middle of lovely Ry

Small annex located in the garden. There is a bathroom, a loft and living room with a small kitchenette. The kitchen includes hot plates and combination oven, as well as a coffee maker. Hemsen has a great view, especially in the evening where beautiful sunsets and stars can be seen. There are 2 mattresses on the loft, and the possibility of a third. There is a sofa bed in the living room where two people can sleep. It is possible to borrow an air mattress and travel bed, just write. Note, there is NO wifi coverage.

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.
