Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rutten

We felt very comfortable in Theo and Wilma's holiday home in Roosdom. We were there with our little son. He particularly liked the morning view from the living room window of the sheep. 😀 A very idyllic place to stay. We also slept very well. It's so quiet, you just don't hear anything. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, the shower is not really separated so the water unfortunately flows all over the floor. However, a wiper is available. Unfortunately, we also lacked a toaster in the kitchen. But everything else is great. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite play along. On the penultimate day, however, it became quite hot. There are some great activities in the area. You can get everywhere easily by bike. There is a children's farm with animals and playground equipment nearby and the Verwolde estate is recommended, for example. Highly recommended for those who want to have a quiet holiday in the countryside

Jan and Inga's place was a great place to stay. it was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! It was also within easy walking distance to the center of town. Jan recommended the Restaurant de Hoofdtoren to us for dinner and it was fantastic. We went every night! Hoorn is such a cute town to stay in also. I would recommend this Airbnb.

Very nice base to explore Sneek and its surroundings. Quiet neighborhood with a nice terrace and you are in the center in no time. The cottage was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Gea is a nice, friendly host. In short: recommended!

Beautiful and nice accommodation if you are looking for peace and nature. Friendly host who is quick to respond and happy to help. I really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Anything you need is present. The bed is nice, the shower works well and the space is large enough for at least 2 people with a nice outdoor space.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Mia is a fantastic host, she thinks of everything and is incredibly flexible which makes your stay ultimately relaxing ❤️ thank you Mia, we would love to come back!

Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

The check-in was straightforward and all the important information was super prepared. The highlight is the view over the water and the terrace, from which you can access the lake directly via a ladder. We were already there for the second time and would be happy to come back.

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. Thanks to both of them for the very fine, delicious and cuddly welcome greetings! I'm sure we'll be back.

We felt very comfortable at Ympkje. The apartment was as shown in the pictures and very nicely decorated. As a welcome greeting, there was even cake and fresh flowers. The location was very quiet, easy to find and only 10 minutes from the sea. Ympkje was very helpful and always easy to reach. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. The only drawback is that the bedroom is not separated from the rest of the apartment by a door. We were there with our little son, can highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time.

We had an excellent stay! We were visiting family and exploring Friesland and this place was the perfect place for us to stay while doing so! Hella is so welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. The location was peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of a pond in the backyard and there were beautiful trails near the Airbnb. The Airbnb was an excellent home away from home while we traveled and if we were visiting in the area again we would definitely want to stay there again!

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The highlight here is the breakfast, which is prepared with so much love. The organisation and communication was simply great, so that we immediately felt comfortable with our hostess Jitske. Ellen and Jaap were lovely hosts, we had an incredible stay at their place! It was so creatively and artistically decorated, and I have never slept better at an Airbnb — the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was awesome to have a sweet dog and cat roaming around to make us animal-lovers feel right at home :) 5/5 stars on all levels!

Beautiful, central location, ideally located (within walking distance less than 1 minute) near parking, entertainment, supermarkets, and the city centre. Ideal for entering the accommodation with an access code, which met the outlined expectations perfectly. Hosts are very active in communication, and think along. Highly recommended for a stay in Zwolle!

We found the accommodation easily, it is on the edge of the village of Tzummarum in the countryside. It is located on the 1st floor of a workshop and is very bright with large windows and views of the countryside. There was no disturbing noise. We "fought" a bit with turning on the TV, the dishwasher and the extractor hood, but that was certainly due to our ignorance of the devices. At 67 and 75, we're not always so fit with technology😂. Our hosts were very friendly and nice people who made living in their apartment comfortable and pleasant for their guests. Thanks so much

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in Lily’s place. Tastefully decorated in blue and white, new bathroom, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good welcome and instruction leaflet in several languages, great balcony and view of the IJsselmeer and your own parking spot in the back. If you don’t have children I wouldn’t stay in this area during the school holidays as it will be busy and noisy. Now it was perfect, quiet and peaceful and would definetely recommend staying in this lovely apartment.

Had a great stay! Great location within walking distance of central Groningen. Very clean and cosy. Loved the little patio. We hope we can come back soon.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Recommended for a weekend getaway to Deventer, this apartment has its own garden, a kitchen and a living room and bedroom. With a supermarket 100 metres away to fill your fridge. A 10-minute walk from the beautiful historic centre. The facilities in the apartment were very good, a nice bed and everything was very clean. We'll definitely be back!
