Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans l’appartement de Natasha, très agréable malgré le fait que ce soit un RDC sur rue. La rue est très calme. L’appartement possède indéniablement le charme de l’ancien et est joliment décoré. On s’y sent très bien. Les chambres et la pièce de vie sont spacieuses. Niveau accessibilité, les transports sont à quelques minutes de marche. Le quartier regorge de restaurants, bars et cafés sympas. Parfait pour quelques jours à Berlin 👍 Mention spéciale à Natasha qui est très sympa et qui a partagé avec nous ses meilleures adresses 👌

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und Birthe ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und die nächste Bahnstation ist super zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und es gibt einige gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Magdalenas lejlighed ligger rigtig godt for S-banen og den ligger tæt på et kvarter med mange cafeer og restauranter. Fra lejligheden er der udsigt til en gård og grønne områder. Vi var glade for at være i lejligheden, og den passede perfekt som udgangspunkt for at opleve Berlin. Vi kommer der gerne igen.

Wir waren zu dritt und uns hat diese Unterkunft super gut gefallen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und ordentlich und es gab alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist besonders geräumig und modern. Die Parkplätze an der Straße sind kostenlos, was sehr positiv in Berlin ist. Der Gastgeber hat bei Fragen sofort zurückgeschrieben und war äußerst freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Pasamos una estadía MUY agradable en Berlín. El departamento de Julia lo sentimos realmente como nuestra casa, con la calidez y comodidad de un departamento tipo altbau con sus pisos de madera, ambientes y techos amplios, ventanas luminosas, todo en perfecto estado. Esta decorado con muy buen gusto, con cuadros y afiches bien "curados" (como el de Spirited Away sobre el escritorio), sin cliches como las decos tipo "LOVE" o esas tonterías impersonales para turistas. En el frente tiene un pequeño balcón donde entra una mesa para charlar y tomar algo. La cocina esta muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para desayunar y/o cocinar. Inclusive recibimos la cocina con cafe, tes, y cosas esenciales para incluyendo muchos condimentos! Por último Julia fue muy amable en recibirnos temprano cuando llegamos a Berlín, y dejarnos unas horas después del check-out reglamentario para no tener tanta espera en el aeropuerto. Definitivamente recomiendo alojarse en el departamento de Julia!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and probably never had such a gracious host. Berndt was easy to reach, flexible & friendly. The apartment is superbly located, with restaurants & grocery stores nearby. Access to all major public transit is just a short distance away. The roof top deck is delightful. It was a great place from which to explore Berlin!

We had a fabulous stay at Cornelius’ place as a family of four with two young (ish) children. Cornelius was very responsive and friendly from the moment we booked until we checked out, giving us flexibility on check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The apartment itself was amazing, spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony with incredible views across the city. It was an easy walk to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. We will most definitely be back.

Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung mit am besten gefallen. Sehr gute Anbindung an U-bahn und Tram und „Boxi“ in Laufweite. Das offene Bad ist vielleicht nicht für jeden was, für uns hat es gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder irgendwann 🙂

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war wieder von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Die Kommunikation war herzlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit Allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht wird; sogar mit kleinen Extras, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben. Die Lage ist top: ruhig, aber zentral, mit tollen Cafés, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Ich habe mich rundum wohl, sicher und willkommen gefühlt. Es war wie ein kleines Zuhause auf Zeit. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann diesen Ort wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung!

Doros Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auf den Teppichen lagen ein paar Tierhaare, alles andere war aber sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist belebt. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe. Wir haben den Trubel als angenehm und nicht störend empfunden. Doro hat uns jederzeit schnell und super freundlich geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pia’s place totally fit the needs of me and the two others with me. It was spacious, quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. It also seemed to stay magically cool all throughout the day, even though the weather was quite hot during our visit, which made coming home to it extra nice. We especially loved the neighborhood, which had a friendly vibe with lots of families around. We enjoyed going to the bakery across the street each morning, to the bar on the corner, and to the nearby ice cream shop. It’s nice to see a lot of people of all ages hanging out and enjoying life!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Und eine ganz liebe und nette Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kreuzberg und Umgebung. Wir waren mit kleinem Kind dort und dafür ist es ebenfalls sehr gut geeignet. Ich hoffe, ich komme bald mal wieder.

A great place to stay when visiting Berlin. Fantastic location next to U-Bahn and trams, cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend. Will try and book this apartment again when I am back in Berlin.

Alexander’s apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near great spots. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Alexander was an excellent host, he was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He gave great local tips and was very understanding when our travel plans changed. His hospitality made a big difference. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back :) Highly recommended!

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Lora’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The apartment is beautifully decorated-straight out of a Pinterest board! It had all the necessary amenities and a lovely balcony with a sunset view. Lora even made us some homemade granola, which was delicious! The location is very good - there are underground stations close-by so it was very quick and easy to get to more central locations for sightseeing etc. (10-15mins max). I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!:)

Zu Anfang wollen wir uns für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken, die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, wer Wert auf abschalten legt ist dort genau richtig, karena und Jürgen waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt, der Pool Bereich ist ein Traum.. und gut für eine erholsame Zeit. The most gorgeous apartment I've seen in a while. The location is absolutely perfect - lots of great restaurants! Note that all washrooms are located on the lower floor (access by stairs), so if you are mobility-impaired, may not be the best option.

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.
