The design is that of a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check-in/check-out via key box.

They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Messe-Gelände, Ku’damm & the castle of Charlottenburg are 10min by foot. Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

The "JULIA" can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

LUNA is an exclusive, floating loft-style apartment. On the "LUNA" there is a salon with pantry kitchen, a double closet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows make the "LUNA" "blend in" with its environment. Air conditioning and external curtains protect in high heat and ensure pleasant temperatures. Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

The high-quality and tastefully furnished apartment in Rummelsburg is at the same time quiet, central and conveniently located. It has 2 bright bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be combined into double beds, a modern bathroom and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Free parking is always easy to find. A high chair and travel cot are available for toddlers (please bring blankets and pillows for this).
