The design is that of a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
