Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel, despite being very close to the city centre (10-minute walk), the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). The Palatinate vineyards are also just a few minutes away on foot.

In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.
