Unsere schöne 2-Zimmer Junior Suite Park View in der Villa Oesterreich verfügt über einen separaten Schlaf - und Wohnraum und hat eine Kapazität für 2 Personen. Die geschmackvoll ausgestattet und moderne Wohnung verfügt über 36.79 m². Der gemütliche Essbereich befindet sich mit in der Küche und lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen sowie zusammensitzen ein.

Our vacation home Bavaria was built in 2007 and is located detached on a spacious property. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and cozy living & dining area, fireplace, open kitchen, bar, entrance hall, bathroom and small laundry room. An all-around, extra-large terrace with direct access to the kitchen and living area complete the overall picture. The upper floor offers 3 bedrooms and an exclusive bathroom with shower and bathtub. The beach is about 400 m from the house.

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Our vacation home is located in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park on the Kubitzer Bodden. From the bedroom you can look out over the water and enjoy the tranquility and the rustling of the trees. The bike trail on the edge of the estate park leads directly past the vacation home estate. The region is known for its crane migration and resting places with numerous viewing platforms. A new vacation home with fireplace, sauna and underfloor heating awaits you.

Spend time with your loved ones in this family-friendly accommodation. The house, with its three bedrooms, can ideally accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. Thanks to an extra bed in the gallery on the upper floor, it would be possible to accommodate 2 more people. Only 300 m from the vacation home, the beach of the Lubmin seaside resort beckons and offers wonderful relaxation away from mass tourism. Here your children can play and swim in the shallow water.

Die Wohnung liegt dabei in einer angenehm ruhigen Siedlung am Rand der Inselhauptstadt Bergen und dadurch keine 9 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum mit seinen Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt.

The kitchenette is fully equipped. Your apartment also includes a balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture.

Linden apartment in the Meerzauber house between Altenkirchen and the beach, (1.3 km). Chalk cliffs and kilometers of sandy beaches are easy to reach by bike or on foot. The house has a large garden of over 3000 m² with old linden trees, adjacent to large fields. In the garden there are garden tables and chairs for everyone, hammocks can be stretched between the trees, everything can be baked in the wood oven and a fireplace can also be used.

Die 66 qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Putbus, in der Nähe des Parks und des Lauterbacher Hafens. Putbus ist bekannt für seine klassizistische Architektur und als Kunst- und Kulturhauptstadt der Insel Rügen. Die nächsten Strände sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Zu den Ostseebädern fährt man ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Stadt Putbus ist kurtaxpflichtig.
