Two accommodation units can accommodate 4-5 people. They are distributed on two floors, with large garden and a terrace, as well as two free parking spaces.

Our beautiful vacation home, which we have restored with a lot of love and passion, is located in the center of Franzburg. The amenities are modern and upscale. Our cottage is designed for 4 people, an extra bed is possible for an extra charge of 10 euros per person per day. This results in a maximum capacity of up to 6 persons. Haus Heck, My spot Rügen!

Haus Heck is a row end house of our small holiday complex "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, watery village location. It has its own entrance over the large terrace. We have allowed the hedges to grow a little higher, so you have a view over the 13,000 square meter property, but also privacy. The house is divided on the first floor into a loft-like living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams and the bathroom/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.

From this centrally located place you are in no time at all important places, yet it is quiet, with a view into the countryside and the Sund is at your doorstep. The apartment stretches over 2 levels. The former day labourer cat ideally accommodates 2 adults with/without dog. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the bedroom is possible. If this is not enough for friends and family, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog). Those looking for peace and relaxation will get their money's worth in this almost untouched stretch of coastline. Experience gentle tourism amidst enchanting landscapes.

Beach robbers Strelasund in Stralsund

Our vacation home has about 110 m² of living space and turns 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.

Jastor vacation home

Fully renovated in 2014, our semi-detached house can accommodate 6. On the ground floor there is a 26 m2 large kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a sunny bedroom with 16 m2. On the upper floor there are also two bedrooms with approx. 12-14 m2, as well as another bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and each have satellite/TV and a flat screen TV.
