Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
