Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).

The small but nice accommodation has everything you need to live. It is on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible with suitcase and luggage. The apartment includes a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed and the closet where the clothes can be stored. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.

We rent a cozy and comfortable apartment in the Grisons mountains with beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped and in a quiet location just minutes from the ski slope. There is room for five people. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, a small bathroom and a small kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available to you. In the vicinity are two restaurants and the train station is about 600 meters from the property.
