The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).

The house is located just 900 m from the ski lifts, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The view from the kitchen is directly on the mountains and the small church of Rueras.
