LA VIE SAGE is an entire luxurious house on a private island on the Seine river to enjoy absolute calm in the heart of nature, only 25 minutes from Paris. ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY BOAT. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a chimney, a garden and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub and sauna to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. Guest accommodation with an Eiffel Tower view is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, floor lamps, equipped kitchen, and small shower area. The toilet is opposite the bedroom. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.
