Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Royston

This apartment is very central and being on the top floor, and at the rear of the building, it was quiet, almost peaceful for a town centre location; the living area is airy, spacious; parking ( if needed) is just at the top of the street on a private area but I didn’t use it;

Lovely place to stay, so modern everything is brand new. Perfect for parking and also really good location for food or shopping not to far from anything to be honest l, I would recommend and definitely stay agin thanks for having us 👌

I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Absolutely amazing place. What a fantastic conversion from the former church into these beautiful apartments. Matt was incredibly helpful with excellent communication right from the start. Extremely well equipped apartment with a really stylish kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and light it was in an ideal place to visit the two local pubs and explore nearby Duxford Air Museum. If we are ever back in the area, we would certainly stay here again. Thanks Matt for being a great host.

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. Me and my family had a wonderful 3 weeks stay. The place is near town center where you can do your grocery and shopping. The accommodation is clean and spotless. Dean is helpful and responsive that even near midnight he came to sort out one minor issue. I highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

The property was spotless and exactly as described. Amy was amazing and communicated with us from the moment we booked until our departure. Both hosts were proactive, we were supposed to check in at 4 PM, but we received a message earlier that morning letting us know the place was ready and we could check in early. Really great property, highly recommend

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

It is a cozy flat with enough space for up to 3-4 people. Can recommend it if you plan a short stop in Cambridge. Easy to find and good communication with the owner.

We enjoyed our stay in Cambridge. The apartment was very nice and had lots of nice amenities like a patio and fire pit. It had everything we needed to be able to cook and stay comfortably during our conference. Location was great next to the shops and parks but still very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

I booked this apartment for my parents who were visiting from abroad for the first time, and could not be more grateful that we were able to stay in this comfortable space that Andrea has worked hard to provide. What a lovely place to stay in Chelmsford. Very comfortable with all amenities and 15 minute drive to town centre. Would recommend!
