Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Royan

Very nice stay in Alain's house. Quiet, in a small street with very little traffic but in the immediate vicinity of the village square (3 min walk). The house is as advertised, well-equipped, spacious and well-decorated. The small garden and its terrace are a real plus to enjoy the beautiful weather!

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

We spent a week with Thierry in May. Thierry responded very kindly and uncomplicatedly to the fact that our arrival was delayed more and more. He welcomed us very nicely and gave us many tips. You can tell from the house that Thierry is a flea market fan. We thought that gives the house character, it's really unique. It is quiet, with a lot of nature around, the frogs croak their concert, and at night the nightingales sing. The large, slightly overgrown garden (we like it) was fenced in so that our dog could go in and out of the house as he pleased. The area is pleasantly not overcrowded with tourists, but there were still opportunities to do something. A little tip: don't stay in the caravan if you are taller than about 180 cm (we are a little shorter, so it worked out well). Many thanks to Thierry, we hope to come back!

Everything was perfect. The place is as charming as it is welcoming: a tastefully renovated cellar, and above all perfectly equipped. There's absolutely nothing you need. You feel good there right away, almost at home. The bike rental is a real plus to enjoy the island, and the recommendations (walks, restaurants, etc.) are really valuable. If we return to the island of Oléron, this is where we will put our suitcases again, without hesitation.

We had a great stay in Manon’s charming home. It’s located near the bridge to Île de Oleron, with easy access to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening. Manon was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had.

We had a pleasant stay with friends, the accommodation is very warm, you feel at home there! The outdoor space is very nice for barbecue evenings! We recommend this house minutes from Royan but quiet from the countryside. Walter is attentive and available before and during the stay!

A real seaside house. Exceptional place. A gem like few others. A nice place with a great decor and enough to do as at home (books, indoor and outdoor games). The garden is really nice and spacious for lounging and BBQ evenings. Communication with the hosts was smooth, available, flexible with our wishes and good advice. Thanks to both of them.

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Christèle was a very attentive and responsive host I highly recommend!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

The apartment is in a great location, minutes walk to the port with restaurants and shops on our doorstep and close to markets etc. Patricia who met us was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was lovely.

We had a fantastic week as a family of 10, ranging in age 83 to 16. The space was absolutely perfect for us to spend time together in the lounge and around the swimming pool. Not many places are this close to a beautiful sandy beach with les halles less than 5 mins away by cycle. We loved Les Bois en Plage and highly recommend it for everything it has to offer. A special thanks to Emmanuelle for being such a responsive and considerate host...answering so many of our questions!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house - which is so quiet and private on the beautiful beach but close to lots of great areas on île de re! It is a great location to explore from and to rest at after a busy day!

The house is beautiful as well as the view from the garden and located in a lovely village with an excellent butcher, baker and a market once a week. Aurelie and Franck are very welcoming. They surprised us with a bottle of the local white whine that was delicious and were very accommodating. We had a great time in Breuillet which is a 15 min drive from the nearest beaches. Strongly recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful location. We did a lot of walking, in the centre of Fouras, which is accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Very beautiful and functional house in the centre of Saint Palais sur Mer. The beach, park and all the excellent shops (bakery, butcher, market) are a 2-minute walk away. Perfect accommodation for spending time with family or friends. Floriane is very responsive and accommodating. We'll be back!
