Great weekend at Stéphane's, we came for the Royan marathon. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the really royal starting line. Cozy and very comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the terrace on the 5th floor with a panoramic view of Royan. Bakery and convenience store 200 m away, really convenient. Great location, very quiet residence. We'll be there again.

Thanks to Catherine. The apartment is very well located. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Parking is easy. The setting is sumptuous. The apartment is pleasant and cozy... Catherine was very attentive to us and all amenities are close by.

Great value for money! The accommodation is of impeccable quality, the layout is optimal, there is everything you need on site! The beach access 2 minutes away is a real luxury for an unbeatable price, and some charming villages to visit nearby. We ate at Bob's in St Palais, it was great, and we shared a board on the beach near the reserve. I would also like to point out that the co-host was great, simple, efficient and smiling, a very warm welcome (unlike the one we just had when we arrived in Biarritz...). The small garden is also quite nice, light in relation to the residence, but the residence is quiet and there is little traffic so it did not bother us. Thank you, we will come back to stay longer!

Excellent stay in St Palais at Thibaut's, magnificent sea view from all rooms, beach accessible in 1 minute! All the necessary equipment was available. Communication with the concierge was perfect and very smooth. We are happy to recommend this apartment for a peaceful stay with your feet in the water!

Very good stay at Valérie and Jean-Paul's who welcome us in a bright and very pleasant apartment to stay in. Nothing is missing. We immediately felt very good there. Very well located for going to the beach as well as downtown Royan. Easy street parking on the next street. A little in love with the terrace: small cocoon of greenery where it's nice to have breakfast and also an aperitif. A huge plus when you rent an apartment for the summer and you can also enjoy the outdoors! The shared laundry drying space is also very convenient. We highly recommend this listing. Valérie and Jean-Paul took good care of us and are committed to making our stay pleasant. A big thank you to them!

We had a great time with Laurent who is a great host. He welcomed us on site and was very responsive every time we asked him. the sunsets are beautiful and the apartment is ideal for admiring them

We had a great time at Marie's place. The apartment was very clear, extremely well located and yet quiet. We were able to take great walks on the coast directly from the accommodation, and go right after to the casino restaurant! We will come back without hesitation.

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Royan, close to the promenade, the market and the impressive Notre-Dame church. Bright, pleasant and quiet, it is the ideal apartment for a family stay. Roselyne is charming and not stingy with advice on what to discover in Royan and the surrounding area.

We had a lovely stay at Miléna's, the accommodation is very functional and pleasant, everything was very clean and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the veranda overlooking a wooded area and a small piece of sea. Communication with Miléna was excellent, especially as she did everything she could to make hosting my parents easier despite transportation problems. The beach is very close and the shops of Saint-Georges are very accessible thanks to the bikes available and the many bike paths. Excellent!

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because a lot of things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very accessible and trusted us, which made the relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are many places to discover.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also of excellent quality! A perfect weekend in a warm setting I had a great weekend in this absolutely perfect accommodation. Everything was there: impeccable cleanliness, optimal comfort, neat decoration, quiet and quality amenities. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. But what makes this stay truly exceptional is the welcome from the hosts. A big thank you to the owner and her husband for their kindness, availability and benevolence. Their welcome was as warm as it was authentic, and you can feel that they put their whole heart into hosting. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation and I will not hesitate to return as soon as possible. Once again, thank you for everything!
