The accommodation is really very good, with an exceptional sea view, while being sufficiently set back from the noise of the road. The studio is very well equipped, I really don't see what could have been more or better! The location is just a distance from the heart of the buzzing Royan which can quickly become " too much " in summer by great crowds. Catherine is sparkling, with a communicative smile and is very kind. We'll be back with pleasure if possible. Excellent where we ate well ( nice restaurants less than 2km away), well drunk (in moderation?) and where we rested well. Thanks again to Catherine for offering her big house to our delight.

Nathalie's place is as described. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay . At this season the house is in a very quiet environment. The beach is a few hundred yards away and very within walking distance. Nathalie is very responsive . More than pleasant stay 😊

Very well equipped cottage with a large garden very well fenced which is perfect with a dog. The accommodation is perfectly located to visit the main sites of the area. Roselyne was very clear in the explanations and very friendly. I would recommend this place and we'll be back with pleasure.

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.
