Thank you Andrew! Your studio was just what I needed. Very cosy, comfortable, well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Perfectly quiet although located in the center of Kensington, close to London transport, great restaurants, grocery stores and the high street shops. I also enjoyed the quick walk to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park on sunny days, and practicing yoga on your mat on the rainy days! An easy recommendation and I would stay again!

The room was exactly as described. The management team was super friendly and helpful. They quickly fixed a maintenance issue, and everything went smoothly. I had a great experience overall! If you’re sensitive to noise like me, I recommend staying on the top floor since you might hear someone above you.

I had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place — it really is the heart of notting hill, extremely walkable to all the best places, within arm’s reach from Westbourne Grove and Ben was extremely accommodating and patient with all my requests. The flat is bright, spacious and well equipped with everything one might need whilst the living room faces a peaceful garden square. I felt really safe staying there and it was the perfect base to explore London
