Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rouen

Jordan's place was everything we'd hoped for in Rouen. Perfect location, excellent cleanliness, quiet and near many cute places to eat and drink.

A comfortable, clean, well-laid out flat (with good shower) conveniently close to town centre either by walking the back streets, walking along the banks of the Seine or taking the bus from just around the corner direct to the cathedral. Parking space ideal. We didn’t meet Anthony but communications and instructions for the lockbox were excellent.

Thanks to Olivier for hosting us. The accommodation is perfect, very clean and very nice. We won't hesitate to return!

Excellent location , apartment was very nice

Clean place, which has the necessary amenities for a one-day or multi-day visit. The location is excellent because it is hyper-center, which is very convenient if you want to visit the emblematic places of Rouen in a weekend, because everything is a short walk away, including amenities. The owner is very responsive and kindly let us in early. The environment is pleasant, except of course on Saturday nights (there is a bar on the ground floor), but we had been warned, so no surprise... Also the apartment is sunny and well distributed.

Yohann’s apartment was exactly what we wanted and as expected. It is right in the heart of Rouen and full of history and interesting architecture. We enjoyed roaming the medieval streets. Also a great range of restaurants for all tastes and pockets. We loved the creperies. The nearby car park is really convenient, if expensive but there are others. Yohann is a very communicative host which is very helpful. We would happily return to this apartment.

not knowing Rouen we loved the location and the accommodation. do not rely on the facade and the entrance hall the accommodation is very well equipped and bright with a bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard.

The accommodation matches the photos, it is a small secluded haven perfect for our family gathering. Kids have access to great green spaces as well as games and farm! The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen well equipped. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and disconnect (the internet connection is not great) 😅 Thank you! 🙏🏻

Justine’s cottage was perfect - private, beautiful roses, lovely landscaping. The cottage is better than the pictures and perfect for 2 people who each need a bedroom and bath. It was very well equipped, an easy walk to the local patisserie, Carfour Corner and a fruitier with beautiful vegetables as well as fruit. Also an easy but longer walk to the museums, churches and Sunday market. A real find!

Fabienne's accommodation is as described, very clean and comfortable. The house is built in a very beautiful garden and you can't find a quieter place ( it even seems like you can hear the grass growing!!). The qualities of the hostess are the real plus of these places. Her warm welcome, friendly and kindness will make you want to go back. Thank you Fabienne.

We had a wonderful stay there. Sylvie is much more than a simple host, kind and full of attention, the house is very clean and well decorated (tastefully). The accommodation is very good for children and adults, upstairs you have a reading nook and children's games, all that it takes also for a baby. Outside cabin with sandbox and swing, trampoline, various games... pool and jaccuzi . We felt like we were at home there, and we can't wait to go back.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was the beautiful and private garden, perfect for relaxing—and especially ideal for kids to play safely and freely. It truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making check-in smooth and easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as coffee capsules, bottled water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a bakery and grocery store just a short drive away. It’s also conveniently located about an hour’s drive from the northern coastal area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-cared-for place to stay.

A great place to stay is the second time we've been there. The person is very kind, sweet and offers a great accompaniment. The cleanliness is impeccable. We had a lovely time, to do it again without hesitation!

Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Excellent address for visiting Rouen. Lively neighborhood and quiet apartment. 15 min walk to the historic center. Very clean, spacious and very well equipped apartment. Alain gives many tips, proactive. The welcome booklet is complete. Recommended!!
