L'entrée est indépendante de la longère Normande que je viens de restaurer. Situé sur 4ha en lisière de forêt. A 3km de Pavilly, sur l' axe Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens- Le Havre. Le Parking est privé, fermé par un portail.

Peace and quiet not far from civilisation ! As part of a property on the river Seine, le Nid (the Nest) is a suite duplex of 65 m2, located in the Seine Valley in Normandy. The living room and the equipped kitchen are on the ground floor while the bedroom (king size bed), bathroom and separate toilet are under the roof, accessed by staircase. Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.
