Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Rouen

Very well located apartment in the city center. You just have to go down the steps to go shopping or start walking/visiting. Small downside: there were 6 of us, for sleeping, no problem but the dining table is too small to eat at 6. This does not take anything away from the kindness, availability and responsiveness of the host! Thanks for this beautiful stay.

We had a great stay! Asma was very nice and offered to help with the issues we had. There were only 2 problems we couldn’t solve but didn’t affect our stay. First, the HDMI cable connected to the projector wasn’t working, but we connected our phone’s Youtube to it and were able to use it normally. Second, the inflatable mattress had a hole in it, Asma said there was another mattress but the only way to fill them up was manually, which was a bit of an inconvenience, so we preferred to just share the bed, and it worked just fine too.

The flat is in a prime spot-very central and easy to explore Rouen on foot. It was spotless, and Romuald was welcoming and easy to communicate with. A couple of things to note: there's no self check-in, and the bedroom doesn't have a door, which might be a consideration for some. Overall, a solid stay if location is your priority.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Rouen at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as shown in the photos, a very spacious apartment with beautiful light, and very comfortable. The location was perfect - a short walk to the train station, literally in the middle of many choices for restaurants, coffee, shopping, etc., and just a few steps from the interesting tourist sites to see in Rouen. We travelled with our baby and the hosts made us feel very welcome, and helped with everything we might need. They were warm and helpful, and very kind to share their beautiful cosy home with us. Would definitely recommend, and would be happy to come back again soon!

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The great highlight, just like others, is the seating area which includes a foosball table, an arcade terminal, and an overhead projector. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, with four bathrooms. The kitchen area is spotless, with all the necessary equipment to cook. A great place to stay and explore Rouen, whether for individuals or businesses.

We found the perfect and comfortable home to spend the new year with friends. The hosts are very friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. I recommend it! :)

An excellent place in Rouen. Quiet but close to historical center. The house is very nice, well-equipped. Our host was very responsive and attentive whenever we had a question, he responded very quickly.

Wonderful home! Halim's home is sumptuous, clean. We quickly felt comfortable, the kitchen is functional, the heated pool is great, the terrain is large, the bedding was perfect! We didn't miss a thing. Many nearby businesses and we even plan to come back! Thank you again a thousand times for the small homemade pastries that were delicious!
