Great for families - we enjoyed our stay a lot

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is in a quiet location and surrounded by a lot of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was simply a matter of arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

We had a wonderful week in Neureichenau with our dog. The house was quietly located on the edge of the village with a beautiful view. The dog enjoyed the toys that were ready for him and the garden where we could play with him. We have come to rest wonderfully and have had beautiful walks. As an extra gift, we regularly saw a pair of birds of prey transfer their prey in the tree opposite us! The house is highly recommended for a next visit.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

We enjoyed staying with our dogs very much. Both the property and the surrounding forest invite you to linger and take a walk. Exploring the Ilz, the Wolfensteiner Ohe or the Celtic village is highly recommended. If you don't want to do anything, the property and the very cozy and comfortably furnished house invite you to linger and relax. We definitely felt very, very comfortable. Thank you!

We had a great week in this beautiful apartment, the decor is modern and at the same time cozy, the reality corresponds to 100% of the pictures. Everything was very clean . The location is perfect for all sorts of excursions. You can be in the forest in 5 minutes and on a river/ small lake , in about 35 minutes uphill to Lake Wössen, which our dogs particularly liked. From the house you can start all kinds of walks/ hikes: along the Ache you can walk at ground level or up into the forest up to one of the numerous alpine pastures or viewpoints. The view from the panoramic window in the kitchen to the mountains/ meadow with cows is very beautiful and relaxing. The center of Unterwössen can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, a well-equipped new Edeka , bakery, etc. , you will also find some taverns, which were not all open daily in May. In summer, this certainly looks different. We felt very comfortable. Anja &Jérome are very nice hosts

A location where you immediately feel at home - everything is there for a perfect vacation - we loved it.

The price you pay and what you get is totally satisfactory. A well equipped place to its finest details and the elegant decor and attention to smaller details, lot of storage and space to move around along with a responsive host makes this place totally worth it. It was a truly lovely stay and we had a memorable time.

I can recommend Markus Guten Gewissen without reservation. The apartment was very clean and communication was smooth and fast. The location of the apartment was very quiet and you can do a lot in the area. As they say, "we felt like we were in seventh heaven". Thanks for the nice days mfg Silke and Alex

Our stay at Roman’s. Was great. 😊 it’s a big home with plenty of room. The pool was fun and the place was nice and clean!! Roman was a great host and responded to questions very quickly!!

Even though we only had two days, our stay was really worth it. Barbara was a very good host and explained everything in detail remotely explained. The apartment handover by her daughter also worked out great. The house itself was as described and is fantastically only a few minutes away by bike from Chiemsee in a small village on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace or by bike/walking the beautiful area. We will remember this weekend for a long time!

Anna was a wonderful host and we had a brilliant stay at Haus Moosberg. The views over Gmünden were stunning. The house is spacious and they provided everything for our little boy (high chair, cot ect.). The shower rooms are small in comparison to the rest of the house but this didn’t put us off. Definitely recommend to others.

This beautiful house was rebuilt and restored with visibly high and priceless effort and obviously according to very demanding ecological standards. The history of this house alone is well worth reading! We felt so comfortable in it that we - unusually - spent more time in it and in its wonderful outdoor area than originally planned! The place is huge and feels like home, art is everywhere and it is very well decorated and built, the bedrooms are comfy and location is good since there is a bus lane but we rented a car and it was very comfortable. I would stay again in the listing.
