Quiet Room in the Green near Salzburg

Es ist hier sehr ruhig, sonnig + grün. Das Zimmer ist im EG und klein, barrierefrei. Es hat 1 Schlafsofa (160x200) für 2 Pers. 1 weitere Person könnte auf einer sehr guten Matratze schlafen. Dusche/WC ist nur für Gäste. Eigener Eingang mit Schlüssel ist ebenso vorhanden. Die Büroeinrichtung mit PC, Fax, Drucker ... kann benützt werden. Auf Wunsch mache ich gerne Frühstück, ihr sagt mir dann, was ihr alles essen + trinken wollt. Es gibt keine Küche, aber eine im1. Stock, die benützt werden kann.

The highlight is the large bathtub with whirlpool function in the living area. In this environment with elegant flair, relaxation and slowing down on holiday is guaranteed.

Das historische Gasthaus mit einem Kellergewölbe aus dem 16. Jahrhundert befindet sich in der Dorfmitte von Fridolfing neben dem Rathaus und der Kirche. Nach umfangreicher Renovierung wurde dieses Schmuckstück im Januar 2015 wieder eröffnet und entwickelt sich zu einem Treffpunkt für Kultur und Kulinarik. Liebevoll bis ins Detail wurden die Gaststuben und die fünf Gästezimmer mit modernen Bädern eingerichtet. Für die Hausgäste steht eine große Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick zur Verfügung.

Our mountain farm chalets blend harmoniously into the hilly landscape of the Bavarian Forest. The chalets were built according to old carpentry and joinery skills. Furnished with the flair of traditional materials, such as stone, fine fabrics and wood that is over 300 years old, some of which is used again in the custom-made furniture. Each of the 3 mountain chalets is at ground level and therefore barrier-free. The mountain chalet 2 has a living space of approx.

Tiny house on the farm with swimming pond

Take a holiday in our little cottage, right on the shore of our swimming pond. Breakfast on your own terrace, with panoramic views of our swimming pond and our pastures with sheep, chickens and cows. We have a small hobby farm with 8 sheep, 20 chickens and 8 cows. Our property has its own playground, a terrace for our guests with its own garden area and fireplace and a built-in barbecue area. Holidays in nature without frills. Bathroom/toilet in the main house.

Our big one - tiny house

The tiny house "Unser Großer Tiny House" is located in Mayrhof and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot can be provided.

Vom Wintergarten aus bietet sich ein herrlicher Ausblick über den Kurpark und die Umgebung. Der Wintergarten ist besonders gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zur Ausstattung gehören kostenloses WLAN, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, das Wintergarten-Wohnzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Dusche, WC und Bidet.
