Individual property adjoining main house. Fully fitted large modern kitchen with bifold doors and patio. Stunning lounge area with views and also has bifold doors to lower patio. Guests are welcome to use the tennis court. 10 minute walk to local friendly pub with good pub food menu. Lovely walks through woods and fields on public footpaths. Just over an hour from London to Battle Station. 15 minutes to Battle Rye or Hastings. 15 minutes to Bodiam castle national trust. 30 minutes Tenterden.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Lovely garden suite (with breakfast included)

Come and stay in this garden paradise on the edge of a pretty East Sussex village, with fantastic food (breakfast included) and lovely scenery. Sleeps 2-4. We're in the same village as Great Dixter, and 20 mins from Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Batemans. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too.
