Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rötha

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were very kindly and warmly greeted by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We were greeted by a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy was the sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy veranda and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. We (2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog) were very satisfied. Everything is very nice. The "wild" garden was very well liked. There are many shopping facilities on site that are also within walking distance. If we are in the area again, we would book the cottage again.

We spent 3 days to the ninth (4 adults, 5 children) in the accommodation. Living in a church was very special for us and the premises are very spacious. The apartment is fully equipped and in the garden you will find a grill and a fire bowl. Communication with Sophie went smoothly. We had a lot of fun at the church and would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and the surroundings are a dream. On site you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. As a welcome, there was even a small cake and a few nice greetings. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the area. Leipzig Zoo is a 40-minute drive away. Sachsen Therme 20 min. Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastic. On the street to the house there is unfortunately no footpath. After a short walk along the road, there are good paths on foot. We recommend the place.

The apartment is small but nice and fully equipped. Ideal for one or two guests. It is a great starting point for bike tours (e-bike) and hikes in the Thuringian Forest. Contact with Lisa is perfect. It's all straightforward because it's described perfectly. I would book again anytime. The price/quality ratio is unbeatable.

My stay was only short, but I still have to say that it was very pleasant overall. Stefanos is a super nice and friendly host. Communication went very well. They felt right at home and welcome. The apartment is absolutely clean and the adjoining garden simply beautiful. We'd love to come back!

The stay was very relaxing, everything you need was there. Bed very suitable for sleeping with baby (especially if it does not want to crawl out over the foot end). Lake can be reached in 20 minutes on foot, mainly through the forest.

Decorate, cozy, small, quiet apartment. Great for 2 persons. Very clean and lots of great shelves to store your own clutter! Very good connections to public transport. Self check-in works fine. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay in Ben's apartment couldn't have been better! We didn't miss anything and we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is simply great, the location perfect. We would come back. For our travel group of 5 adults and 2 children, the loft was absolutely perfect: enough retreats for everyone, two bathrooms and more than enough space to eat together at the large table. I can explicitly recommend the apartment for families with children - there are many play and exercise options, both indoors and outdoors! Many thanks to Jenny and Michael!

We were very satisfied with our short break at the Turnfest 2025. Impeccable accommodation! Short distances to the city. There is also a storage facility for bicycles in the basement. It was a lovely stay. We will be happy to come back.

The flat is very well-situated, in a quiet street close to the train station and city center. The two bikes are in a very good state, and this is so nice to ride to discover Leipzig ! The flat is very clean, well furnished with two big rooms and a well-equiped kitchen. Just two warnings for sensitive persons: it slightly smells cigarette and there is no shutters (only curtains) (day light comes early in june !)

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but still the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is within walking distance. Buses and trains also leave very close. The Saturday market takes place directly across the street, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy the morning coffee very relaxed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

While the pictures used on Airbnb were accurate, it’s an even prettier space when you arrive. Bea was super responsive and helpful and flexible when I needed to adjust the duration of my stay. I would definitely stay here again and thank Bea for her help with accommodations during my stay.

Extremely pleasant stay. Baker for delicious rolls is just around the corner. When we were looking for a way to order food in Markkleeberg at a late hour, Katja supported us in a super committed way. Thank you very much for that!!!!

The apartment is not far from the center, so you can easily reach everything on foot. The neighborhood is very quiet, we did not notice any noise during our stay. The accommodation is very clean and in very good condition. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, so you can easily cook something yourself. All in all, we are very satisfied and will book the apartment again for future stays.
