Holiday rentals with a patio in Rota

Javi è un host super amichevole e disponibile. Casa impeccabile e posizione comoda sia per il centro che per la stazione. Consiglio fortemente!

Pilar was efficient and friendly. The apartment was clean and well presented. I was pleased to see the kitchen had a kettle and toaster. There was also a steam iron with ironing board. The towels provided were large and fluffy and l appreciated the many wooden hangers in the wardrobe. The area is well served by shops and supermarkets all within walking distance. Walking to the centre of Jerez takes about 60 minutes. I enjoyed a relaxing stay and would return.

La estancia nos ha sido súper agradable, el apartamento estaba súper limpio y se nota que hasta el último detalle estaba cuidado. La descripción coincidía exactamente con lo que nos encontramos.

The property was fantastic. Compact with everything you need. The private courtyard was a wonderful bonus. We had no trouble parking the car nearby & it was walking distance to wineries & some very good restaurants. Our only disappointment was that we were not staying longer. What a great place to stay in a beautiful town! We would not hesitate to come back & stay here again and I hope we get that opportunity.

Estupendo apartamento para tu estancia en Jerez. El apartamento es nuevo, tiene todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia confortable y es muy cómodo disponer de parking en el mismo edificio si viajas a en coche. El anfitrión es muy accesible y resolutivo. Repetiremos sin dudarlo en la próxima visita a Jerez.

Tema alojamiento fue una muy buena elección. Manuel, encantador, con reseñas de diferentes sitios para visitar y todas acertadas. La zona del apartamento ideal, cerca de la playa y de la salida a la carretera para visitar las localidades adyacentes. Con parking en el mismo edificio. El apartamento según descripción, funcional y acogedor, con camas cómodas y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días con comodidad. ¡Sin duda, para volver!!! Gracias Manuel

Hemos estado allí en semana Santa, el alojamiento es de acuerdo con la descripción dada, Alojamiento en perfecta condiciones (no echamos en falta nada), muy bien ubicado cerca de bares y restaurante, y cerca para coger el Ferris y el Tren. Práctico aparcamiento (muy necesario) en el mismo edificio, la entrada/acceso es estrecha, igualmente las plazas son un poco estrechas. Mi vehículo es grande (Volkswagen Touran), accedí y aparque sin mucho problema. La atención de Almudena fue la correcta, con unas indicaciones claras accedimos al apartamento sin problemas, la verdad es que no nos hizo falta comunicarnos con ella durante la estancia, ya que todo estuvo de 10, pero teníamos su teléfono para consultarle cualquier cosa. Fue un placer disfrutar de tu casa.

It was a fabulous stay in the accommodation, very close to the beach (river mouth) and also close to the center, walking to both places in about 5 minutes. The house is recently renovated and spotless. In the surroundings there are several restaurants but the most notable is a churro shop very close by for memorable breakfasts on the terrace. The host was always friendly and always available. A great stay to visit the area. We will definitely repeat.

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

Un lugar encantador, muy tranquilo y con mucha intimidad. La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda es un lugar para volver.

Die Wohnung war super für uns als Familie geeignet! Es gab drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Auch der direkte Zugang zum Garten war perfekt! Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Antonio war prima. Ein Parkplatz war vorhanden. Der Pool ist leider erst ab Juni geöffnet, daher konnten wir ihn nicht nutzen. Aber der Zugang zum Meer war perfekt in 5 min zu erreichen und der Strand ist traumhaft und naturbelassen. Ein zauberhafter Ort zum abschalten und Ruhe genießen.

Recalcar la comodidad de los colchones, estupendos🤩 . La atención de Roberto el anfitrión ha sido excelente, atento y siempre disponible . 100% recomendable !! Volveremos 😍

I visited my boyfriend in Rota back in Nov and occupied Jose listing for 12 days , our stay was great so we decided to stay here again 18 day this month January. Everything was the same. Great check in , good communication , and accommodated us in every way that they could. The place is spacious, clean and very secure. Love this location it has become my permanent stay when I visit Rota ❤️

Jose ist ein super Gastgeber, der immer hilfbereit und erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung liegt sehr dicht zum Strand (5min) in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage (im April). Supermarkt & Restaurantss sind fußläufig in 15-20min zu erreichen.

Pobyt w mieszkaniu był bardzo udany. Wszystko było czyste i dobrze przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona – niczego nam nie brakowało podczas gotowania. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Całość zrobiła na nas bardzo pozytywne wrażenie – chętnie wrócimy!

Wir waren 7 Tage in Jerez und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Empfang im Appartement war toll. Mercedes hat uns alles erklärt, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns mit gekühlten Getränken begrüßt. Die Lage ist super. Mitten in der schönen Altstadt mit tollen Restaurants und Bars. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig und die Sonnenuntergänge auf der großen Dachterrasse waren wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war top! Es war alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alojamiento precioso, pase una noche y con ganas de haberme quedado mas. Cada detalle cuenta. Recomiendo
