The apartment,great, very close to the drinking area and everything, you have to see,in Sanlúcar. Totally advisable,we went as a family and my children and my wife enchanted. Attentive and friendly, I highly recommend the place. The priceless interior terrace and the location in Puerto Real is phenomenal.

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

Marcos was super nice and attentive. The house is very well equipped and is a very peaceful place. We will repeat!

The apartment was super suitable for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also the direct access to the garden was perfect! Everything was clean and communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool won't open until June, so we couldn't use it. But the access to the sea was perfect to reach in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

The house was in perfect condition as seen in the photographs, everything was clean and the owner was very kind and attentive.

The place was great and we were very comfortable. Paqui attended us phenomenal and the great place to relax and very close to the village. Highly recommended for family vacations.

I visited my boyfriend in Rota back in Nov and occupied Jose listing for 12 days , our stay was great so we decided to stay here again 18 day this month January. Everything was the same. Great check in , good communication , and accommodated us in every way that they could. The place is spacious, clean and very secure. Love this location it has become my permanent stay when I visit Rota ❤️

Giulia is a 10 host. I am surprised at her quality as a host since she has surpassed all the previous ones, and that some were very good. She is very friendly and helpful in responding and reporting every detail and facilitating communication as much as possible. This allows the guest to feel confident and confident in their arrival. His home is beautiful and has great views in a special corner of Arcos de la Frontera. When we arrived everything is very clean and tidy, and we were surprised with details such as a box of varieties of infusions or a very nice corner of coffee prepared, which makes you still feel more welcome in the house and with good feelings. The bed is very comfortable and large and the bedding was spotless as well as the towels. A wonderful experience because Giulia has made it so. It makes a difference to other hosts. Jose is a good host, before he arrived he was already helping us with the places to visit and where to eat. We recommended very good restaurants. The house is very well equipped, clean and quiet , with a very good location and 200 meters from the beach

A great stay at Carlos' place. comfy beds and very quiet at night. Weather wasnt great so we couldn't take advantage of the terrace outside, but it does have a great view overseeing Jerez. Definitely recommend

We really liked it. Lots of peace and tranquility. The apartment is small but cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days. Both my children and we really enjoyed the pool. Angela and the cleaning lady are sweethearts.

Very well located apartment in the center of the port, surrounded by endless bars and pubs, close to bus and taxi stops and is located in a quiet street. As for the apartment inside, very tidy and clean and very well equipped with all kinds of things, we will repeat.
