It is on the ground floor with no steps, porch and private garden, garage in the basement, elevators, etc. Punta Candor beach is 180m away (with lifeguard, bathrooms, beach bar, showers in summer) and Los Corrales beach is 300m away (with Buda Candor beach bar). There is pedestrian path between pine trees and bike path that leads to the center of Rota (2km away).

Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

Nice apartment on the second row of the beach. It is newly renovated, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and feeling the sea breeze every morning. It consists of a large bedroom with a 1.50m double bed, a living room with a 1.35m double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Has Wi-Fi The apartment is on the ground floor of a small development on one of Rota's main leisure and restaurant avenues.
