Beachfront holiday rental in Rota

Victor is a super friendly and uncomplicated host. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the large terrace and the location, it is really right by the sea. That was just great with a small child, because you could also go to the beach "quickly" without always having to carry everything with you. We were there from late May to mid-June and at least during this time, the beach was always incredibly empty (except on weekends, but even then I didn't find it particularly crowded.) A rental car is necessary, if only because it gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful cities in the area. We particularly liked the manageable rota. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need. I think we weren't there for the last time. Thank you Victor for making us feel at home!

Great location and parking was only 2 minutes away. Despite the hectic crowds on the street the place was very quiet.

A great place for your visit to Sanlucar - right by the beach and an easy walk to the centre of town for the bars and bodegas. Clean and comfortable, and Luisa was always quick to respond to messages.

Everything was great. The accommodation has all the details, very clean and in a spectacular area. You park your car in the garage and forget about it

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

We've had a wonderful time as a family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well equipped, which has made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and just a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. We're thinking of repeating it next year! 😊

A wonderful apartment, to put some catch the TV in the living room pixelates a lot, but it is a problem of the narrow..., otherwise everything great, we will return for sure, thank you very much to the owners for having everything so well and with so much taste.

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

We loved staying in the beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped house with a great pool and fireplace. The proximity to the beach and shopping is ideal. We felt very comfortable and very well looked after by Beatriz.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

We had a lovely weekend stay in El Puerto de Santa María. The accommodation was very pleasant and exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped — we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive, always available to answer our questions and offer assistance when needed, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that we didn’t have access to the swimming pool, even though the listing mentioned it would be open in June. That was a bit disappointing, as we were really looking forward to using it. Still, overall a great stay and we would happily return!

Wonderful apartment, right in front of the beach, close to many restaurants and wineries. Very clean and fully equipped. The Host will always be available to help. On top of that, and without us knowing in advance, the Feria de la Manzanilla was taking place, right next to the apartment. Wonderful

The place was great, close to restaurants and with an amazing view. Only problem was the garage, they did warn me before arriving that it only fits a small car, but I only have one car so I had to go with it and finally pay for parking in a garage nearby. They could improve the listing by having photos of the narrow street and the garage elevator, and some measurements. Otherwise we loved this place, clean and cozy, great location.

This place is phenomenal. The apartment is huge, very spacious and has everything you need. Lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and obviously the beach on your doorstip. And the view is even better than the photos, I couldn't rave about it any more highly. Lourdes was an amazing host, she went out of her way to help myself and my parents have a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to return. Also great location for getting into the old town on the bus (stops right outside the door) while also being able to drive in and out of the town without traffic. And having a parking spot is an absolute bonus. Everything was wonderful and it was the perfect end to our trip.

The stay was excellent. The communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly from the moment. The apartment was impeccable: clean, well cared for and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. What I would highlight most is the brightness of the place, a lot of natural light enters and it gives a very pleasant feeling! Without a doubt, I would recommend and repeat.

This top floor apartment is fully equipped, clean and spacious and was perfect for our party of three. The local host Nono was very helpful and flexible with arrival and departure times. The parking space was very secure under the building and just big enough for our small SUV (Nissan Juke). All in all an excellent place to stay. Thank you

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Everything was great,Joaquín charming and helped us as much as he could, the only bad thing was that the buildings next door were built these days and very early they were already heard,but otherwise the apartment is very good.

We had a wonderful time at Claudia's apartment right next to Mercado Central in Cádiz. The location is simply unbeatable – in the middle of the old town, everything within walking distance, and the daily visit to the market was a real highlight. The apartment itself is very tastefully furnished, with a lot of love for detail. Everything was super clean, cozy and at the same time modern – you immediately feel comfortable. Also the amenities left nothing to be desired, everything was thought of. Claudia was a great host: friendly, easily accessible and helpful if you had any questions. We will definitely be happy to come back – Cádiz is fantastic and her apartment is the perfect starting point to discover the city. Absolutely recommended!
