I stayed 1 month over Christmas and New Year at this perfect place for me right on the beach promenade. Even though the apartment is not located on the sunny sea side and therefore a little shaded, it had everything I needed to feel very good, very at home and very relaxed. And as soon as you step out the front door, you're on the promenade. Fantastic! Along the beach there is a number of nice cafes and restaurants, also the old town has its charm. All in all, the ideal winter home for me. Very special thanks to Raúl, who contributed to my beautiful time there with his uncomplicated, helpful, high communication and above all warm manner in every way!

The location is excellent, you have the beach a hop, literal and very good atmosphere turning the corner. The photos do not do justice to the apartment, in person they want. We were very comfortable, and the hosts were attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. Apartment was clean and spacious. Large balcony area and the pool is great, never too busy, decent sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a large allocated parking space in the garage, much wider than you would expect, easily big enough for a large SUV, although you can also park on the street; except for Wednesdays as it is market day between 0700-1600 hours. If you are interested then the gym consists of two rooms, one with two benches and two barbells/rack. There are a selection of 20kg, 10kg, 5kg and 2.5kg olympic weight plates, around 140kg total. Selection of dumbbells 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 15kg. The other room consists of cardio such as exercise bikes and cross trainers. If you need anything more then Las Mesas is a 2 minute walk across the park and has a large indoor and outdoor gym which you can get a day pass to for €9.80. Overall, this is a great place to stay, there is some construction going on but didn’t bother us and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Zoe’s place. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped in a fantastic location just a few meters to the stunning beach. The area is very peaceful and the apartment has a lovely private garden and terrace. There were a couple of nice beach bars right there on the beach and we loved El Pre - local tapas bar just up the road by the tennis club . We also walked around to the other side of the harbour most days where the majority of the bars and restaurants are located. Zoe was extremely helpful and flexible re check in and delivered us clean towels and bedding part way through our stay. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and hope to return again next year.

Absolutely incredible stay! Location was incredible, right next to the pool, beach and bars and restaurants! The pool was so clean, beach was so amazing and the food in the restaurants were great! Julia and Nick's property is a wonderful spot for a holiday getaway. Our group of five (four adults and a six-year-old) spent a week there, and we had an incredible experience. The house is roomy, immaculate, and equipped with everything you might need. The pool’s warm water was perfect, and we spent countless hours swimming and relaxing in it. Although the nearest beach wasn't the best, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive—some just 10 minutes away, others about 30 minutes. The location is central to several coastal towns that are well worth exploring. These towns have beautiful beaches and offer delicious, comforting food. Julia and Nick are fantastic hosts—very helpful and always attentive. They reached out to us about a week before our arrival, provided all the details we needed, and promptly answered all our questions. Thank you, Julia and Nick, for sharing your wonderful home and for being such gracious hosts.

Perfect accommodation, the house is a pass, clean, new, very well equipped and Beatriz is a very good host, attentive at all times to us. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

lovely spacious townhouse 2 mins from the beach. it was lovely and peaceful and very spacious for our family of four. it was very well equipped and the beach gear was a nice touch. Nicolas was super helpful and responsive. It's a lovely walk along the promenade to old town which is about 30 mins walk. highly recommend!

Everything you could want 2 minutes walk from the most fantastic beach for swimming, surfing and kitesurfing.

We had a great stay at Jacques's villa. It was spacious and clean, and the proximity to shops and beach was amazing. the pool and padel were fantastic. Jacques was a great host, with a very detailed checkin so we knew exactly what we were doing. looking forward to returning one day thanks very much!

What an incredible little house! A beautiful cozy wooden cabin a short walk, approximately 700 m from the iconic beach of El Palmar. It was absolutely perfect for us, a couple with our dog. Great kitchen, lots of space, well equipped. Outside space was super cool with a great traditional Spanish barbecue and a good seating area. The pool area was closed off as we went mid winter time. It’s actually a separate area connected to the side of the house. In December pretty much everything is closed in the area so make sure you go in well stocked up! You can tell it’s a summer town, but we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of visiting over the winter when nobody is there and you can really get the most out of the beach. The beach is truly lovely - it’s big, plenty of walking, just a great area. The host David was super responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back!

It is a special location, because where do you wake up to the Mediterranean Sea? (The acoustic guidance of the wave rush also makes you fall asleep and wake up!) Super fast wifi; we did not use the beautiful TV. From the (neat) apartment you can, with you🚘, take trips in the area: from Gibraltar to the circuit of Jerez. All amenities such as supermarket etc. are within short distance. Juan Jose is correct and answer questions super quickly😀! Recommended.

We only stayed one night there as we wanted to visit Gibraltar and it was quite close to it. We liked the place. It is self check in and Alexander gave clear instructions. We loved the beach right next to the place. There is a small garden with a grill and table outside. Parking is plentiful. The kitchen is well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet and car free. I believe it would be a very nice place for summer vacation with family.

It was a beautiful place. Quite a find. Communication was fantastic. We were out of season so not much open but it it what we wanted. I would highly recommend

We, family with 2 children, loved our stay very much. The house has all the comforts, is spacious and bright with fantastic views of the Strait of Gibraltar and in the distance Morocco. From the garden, you walk via a stone staircase to a large stretch of (almost) deserted beach. This idyllic place is really recommended!

This was an amazing place, made our stay so much better, the place was exactly as the host described it, I will not think twice to stay here again if I find my self back in Sanlucar, the best part was that the beach, it was less than 100 meters from the apartment. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to spend some time in this beautiful town, and this incredible place. This is a very happy customer.
