Beachfront holiday rental in Cádiz

Great location and parking was only 2 minutes away. Despite the hectic crowds on the street the place was very quiet.

Very nice apartment, equipped with everything (including beach chairs!), small but very well organised (and well-stocked kitchenette) 5 metres from Cadiz beach! The area is full of restaurants and activities of all kinds and for every budget.

Enchanted with the house and Isabel. She was attentive at all times and at home there was no lack of detail the location speaks on its own.

This is a very special property and the perfect place for our family to host a special holiday reunion. The views are breathtaking, the facilities of the house really excellent, but most impressive was the sense of living in a home and not simply a rental property. A special thank you to Ana and Curro who were both exceptional in how they looked after us.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

We had a good family holiday experience at Gabriel's house. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a quiet holiday by the beach in a house with excellent conditions.

Best accommodation of my entire stay in Andalusia. Very well located next to the central market with plenty of small restaurants. Everything is done on foot: Beach and monuments. In addition, there was coffee, water, soda and beer in the fridge at our disposal, as well as jam and butter. Conception also ordered us a taxi for our return. An exceptional host. If I come back to Cadiz, I want to go back to this apartment.

This is a great apartment on the beachfront with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive.

Carolien’s home is beautiful! The location isn’t far from town, but still feels calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle! Carolien was very responsive and communicated well. Look forward to coming back!

Very good apartment and well equipped, I just suggest checking the lighting. It is cold lighting and in the bedroom the appliance gives too powerful a light. Otherwise, everything was excellent and Nela was very friendly and connected at all times. He allowed us a late check out at no cost, which was great!! Thanks again

This place and host were amazing. The house was clean, modern and beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Views from the terrace and atmosphere on the terrace was fantastic! Spent 90% of the time on the terrace. Aurora is the best. We will be back!!

My partner and I always do Airbnb when we travel and have stayed in a lot of them over the years. This was for sure one of the top places we have ever stayed at. The apartment has incredible views of the beach, it’s extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, all bedrooms have great quality bedding and towels, super clean and peaceful. Sara was super nice and responsive. Checking in and out was very easy. If we ever go back to Tarifa we are without a doubt staying here again. Highly recommended! Thank you Sara!

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

We loved our stay from the beginning till the very end. We felt at home immediately. We loved the pool, the fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and big garden. It was perfect to stay here with our 1 year old girl who can walk and play in the garden. The lovely villa is on walking distance to the beach which has a lot of nice beach clubs to enjoy drinks and snacks. Also you can walk within 10 minutes to a supermarket or have a 3 minute drive. Gary, the host, responds directly and is very thoughtful. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is furnished with great taste and has a magnificent view of the sea that makes it truly fantastic. The beach is right in front, as is the promenade from which you can easily walk to the centre of Tarifa. We had a nice holiday. Easy and effective communication with the host. We definitely recommend it.

We had a few very nice days at Anthony's place. The accommodation had everything you need to relax. The pool directly by the house was the highlight for the children. Anthony provided us with helpful information at all times. If we go on holiday in the area again, we know who to turn to. Only finding the apartment the first time was a bit difficult, as the specified coordinates were not recognised by the navigation system. Merci beaucoup

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Curro was da hospitable, nothing was too much trouble when I had a few questions. Great location, sea view close to everything. I would definitely recommend. Our first time in Estapona but not our last!

This top floor apartment is fully equipped, clean and spacious and was perfect for our party of three. The local host Nono was very helpful and flexible with arrival and departure times. The parking space was very secure under the building and just big enough for our small SUV (Nissan Juke). All in all an excellent place to stay. Thank you

Susana's place functioned as the perfect home base for me in the fantastic city of Cádiz!!! The location is very walkable in the beautiful old section of the city. When you walk out the door, the market is right in front of you, and numerous great restaurants within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I didn't spend much time in the apartment, but sleeping and showering after a long beach day were very comfortable. Susana was so lovely and I would recommend her place to anyone looking to explore the city of Cádiz!

Ella’s townhouse was fabulous, light and airy and so tastefully decorated. Right in the heart of Estepona and seconds from the beach, it could not have been better situated. We had read about the noise but we hardly noticed any noise and we loved being so close to everything. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the shower was great. The roof terrace was wonderful for sunbathing and relaxing and we would stay at the house again in an instant! Ella was a great communicator. The spiral staircase was very steep and would be a challenge to some but us 2 nearly 70 year olds managed to carry our glasses of wine up to the terrace! Thank you Ella for everything x

What a great beautiful apartment in a prime location, right on the boulevard and minutes walk from the historic centre of Estepona with many nice terraces and restaurants. We were very hospitably welcomed by Wally and Ron near the apartment. Good tips for parking your car safely. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. And super clean and cozy. The central location of the apartment in the city is fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful surprise basket with delicious local products. As experienced travellers, we have never experienced this. We stayed there for 11 nights and every day was a party. It's a shame we had to say goodbye to this special holiday address this morning. Finally: Wally and Ron, thank you for all the beautiful things that we were able to enjoy, albeit briefly and intensively. We'd love to come back to you!

Everything was great, I was received very friendly and the apartment was shown to me completely, how things work and so on. Everything perfect As described, I can only recommend it.

really enjoyed our stay as described there are quite a lot of narrow step to the apartment so no good if you struggle as there are 57 steps. the appartment was very clean. bed was comfortable and the ac worked well.
