A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

C'était tout simplement paradisiaque ! Le calme et la vue à couper le souffle étaient incroyables. Les soirées barbecue dans ce cadre exceptionnel ont été particulièrement mémorables. Ce séjour a dépassé mes attentes et je le recommande vivement à quiconque cherche à se ressourcer. Merci pour cette merveilleuse expérience

Inmejorable casa a dos calles de la playa, la casa estaba limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días con toda comodidad y sin tener que preocuparte por nada, fuimos unos amigos y estuvimos muy cómodos. Beatriz estuvo pendiente todo el rato de que estuviéramos cómodos y que no hubiera ningún problema, volveremos sin duda. Excepcional aparcamiento y llegada con un supermercado a dos calles. Urbanización tranquila y familiar que te sientes seguro y cómodo. Tiene jardín delantero, trasero y terraza para disfrutar. Recomendable 100%

From the moment I arrived until I left I felt I was in my element. The house provided everything I needed and had hoped for. Susana was the perfect host and I am truly grateful to her for her kind attention to detail. Well before I left I decided I would be returning again in the future as it is hard to imagine what else I would want in a holiday home. Fabulous location.

Great house; very spacious. Well equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. So close to the sea - you can hear the waves. Roche beach is beautiful; miles long and great for walking and surfing. It’s a drive to Conil and Chiclana so you need a car. The drive along the coast to Conil is beautiful. Gabriel is a lovely host; warm, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the beach, walk or cycle through the pine woods.

Increíble la ubicación en la que se encuentra el apartamento!! Super cerca de la playa. Estaba todo muy limpio y el trato con Francisco fue increíble, cada duda o cosa que necesitábamos estaba ahí para resolverlas o ayudarnos. Un diez como anfitrión Ojalá poder siempre coincidir con personas así En nuestro caso íbamos con dos perritas y han estado genial porque tiene un patio trasero. Por cierto con vistas a la playa que es impresionante Lo recomiendo 100%

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La anfitriona fue muy simpática, disponible y flexible. Nos dejó instrucciones muy claras para la llegada, lo que hizo todo muy sencillo. El alojamiento estaba perfectamente ubicado, muy limpio, bien organizado y equipado con todo lo necesario. Nos sentimos muy a gusto desde el primer momento. ¡Recomiendo este lugar con mucho gusto y sin dudar!

Wir haben es sehr genossen, in dem schönen, grosszügigen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus mit tollem Pool und Kamin zu wohnen. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ideal. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und durch Beatriz sehr gut betreut.

Alojamiento perfecto, la casa es una pasada, limpio, nuevo, muy bien equipado y encima Beatriz es una anfitriona muy buena, pendiente en todo momento de nosotros. La terraza y la piscina lo mejor de la casa.

Tal cual las fotos, por poner una pega las escaleras de caracol con las maletas, por lo demás todo sobresaliente

Hemos estado muy cómodos con mucho espacio para la convivencia en grupo. Muy bien

Die Wohnung war super für uns als Familie geeignet! Es gab drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Auch der direkte Zugang zum Garten war perfekt! Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Antonio war prima. Ein Parkplatz war vorhanden. Der Pool ist leider erst ab Juni geöffnet, daher konnten wir ihn nicht nutzen. Aber der Zugang zum Meer war perfekt in 5 min zu erreichen und der Strand ist traumhaft und naturbelassen. Ein zauberhafter Ort zum abschalten und Ruhe genießen.

Espectacular casa, tenía de todo lo necesario, súper limpia y cómoda, la ubicación era perfecta, tenía un montón de sitios interesantes cerca. Susana súper amable y atenta y nos facilito todo. Volvería sin duda.

Nos alojamos un grupo de amigos durante una semana y la estancia fue excelente. La ubicación a puerto sherry es de escasos minutos, lo que nos permitia ir andando sin problema. Nos impresionó todas los detalles que tenía la casa, papel higienico, toallas de baño y de piscina, aceite, cafe, champu… no le faltaba detalle. Nos gustó mucho que estuviese tan equipado. Susana fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente a nosotros en cualquier cosa que necesitamos.

Rosa’s place has all the amenities you need and a well-appointed unit only steps from the beach and situated on a beautiful property. From Rosa’s, you can walk anywhere in the city and see the sites. The surrounding cities are easily accessible and each of their own treasures — Cádiz and Gibraltar are historically significant. Rosa made us feel at home and provided a useful list of dining and sightseeing options that we enjoyed. I look forward to staying again.

My wife and I spent a few weeks on vacation in Juan Simon’s apartment with our two little kids. The space is spectacular, with a huge outdoor balcony with incredible ocean views. The apartment is well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and sufficient space for a family of four. The community is great, with beautiful green space and a pool. The garage parking is very convenient, and the apartment has numerous great restaurants, the beach, and the Rota town center within walking distance. Juan Simon is an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. When visiting Rota again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rota. Muchas gracias Juan y un abrazo!

Das Haus befindet sich in absoluter Traumlage, ist lichtdurchflutet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch für längere Aufenthalte. Insgesamt haben wir hier 7Wochen verbracht. Und obwohl wir mit dem Wetter nicht so viel Glück hatten (starker Sturm und starker Regen im März) haben wir uns jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt. Es ist eines der wenigen Häuser in der Region mit Zentralheizung, die auch super funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit Jeroen war exzellent. Er konnte uns bei allen Anliegen schnell und zuverlässig weiterhelfen. Wir hätten keine bessere Wahl treffen. Haben jede Sekunde in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Können wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

un posto bello, il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile, una casa stupenda, immersa nella natura ,letto comodissimo, non ricordo quando ho dormito tanto.. Mi sono rigenerata. Grazie di tutto.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado a 1 minuto de la playa ,las fotos coinciden con la descripción la única pega que no hay casi donde aparcar, por lo demás súper bien el departamento muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones seguramente volveré, el anfitrión muy bien te responde de inmediato si tienes alguna duda .

Casa muy bien ubicada a escasos metros de una playa familiar, la casa cumple con lo necesario aunque algunos aspectos a mejorar para que todo fuera de 5 estrellas. Jesús de 5 estrellas tanto en comunicación como en trato, buenas indicaciones para ir a comer y conocer alrededores.

We really enjoyed staying at Luis's house. It had a lot of amenities, we could feel at home. We worked a bit from this place and appreciated the speed and stability of the internet. In addition, there was a desk and a monitor which made our work easier. Luis always responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. As for the beach, which was closest to the house (3 min) unfortunately disappeared during high tides. Then the next large beach (playa los bateles) was a 15-20min walk. We recommend this house!
