Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

The apartment was super suitable for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also the direct access to the garden was perfect! Everything was clean and communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool won't open until June, so we couldn't use it. But the access to the sea was perfect to reach in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

From the moment I arrived until I left I felt I was in my element. The house provided everything I needed and had hoped for. Susana was the perfect host and I am truly grateful to her for her kind attention to detail. Well before I left I decided I would be returning again in the future as it is hard to imagine what else I would want in a holiday home. Fabulous location.

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

Our stay was excellent. The host was very nice, available and flexible. She left us very clear arrival instructions, which made everything very simple. The place was perfectly located, very clean, well organized and equipped with all necessary. Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

We loved staying in the beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped house with a great pool and fireplace. The proximity to the beach and shopping is ideal. We felt very comfortable and very well looked after by Beatriz.

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

Beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood at walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Tastefully decorated and equipped with a cozy living room and handy kitchen. I'm glad there are 2 spacious clean bathrooms. Pool and garden are super. Unfortunately a little too cold the week we stayed there, when the weather was a bit disappointing. The garden offers a lot of privacy and the parking on the property is convenient. Good base for exploring the area.

My wife and I spent a few weeks on vacation in Juan Simon’s apartment with our two little kids. The space is spectacular, with a huge outdoor balcony with incredible ocean views. The apartment is well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and sufficient space for a family of four. The community is great, with beautiful green space and a pool. The garage parking is very convenient, and the apartment has numerous great restaurants, the beach, and the Rota town center within walking distance. Juan Simon is an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. When visiting Rota again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rota. Muchas gracias Juan y un abrazo!

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was comfortable and homely. It's so close to the beach which is beautiful and kept very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Manuel was a lovely host.
