The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

In 2 bedrooms, up to 4 people can be accommodated comfortably. It is about 1000 m to the beach.

In dieser gemütlichen 52m² großen Souterrainwohnung, findest du Ruhe und Entspannung. Sie liegt in einer Sackgasse umgeben von hohen Bäumen. Die Vermieter wohnen oben im Haus. Du hast einen eigenen Eingangsbereich. Ein Elektroauto kannst du in der Auffahrt, deine E- Räder vor der Garage günstig laden. Dein Auto kannst du im Weg, 50 m von deiner Wohnung kostenlos parken. Die Wohnung wurde 2024 ausgebaut mit neuer Küche und neuen Möbeln. Die Schlüssel erhälst du über eine Schlüsselbox.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.
