Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Quiet apartment near the Baltic Sea

The accommodation is located on a property of about 3000m² with separate terrace not far from the beach, in the countryside and in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Rostock. It is only 12 km to the Baltic Sea, the idyllic beach in Markgrafenheide. It leads through the forest a converted bike path to the beach. The seaside resort Warnemünde can be reached in about 10 km through a tunnel below the river "Warnow", which flows into the Baltic Sea. The spa town of Graal Müritz can also be reached by bike...

On our farm you will find everything for quiet days in the countryside. There is an organic village shop with a café, a barrel sauna and nature right outside the door. Yoga classes are held four times a week – ideal for strengthening the body and mind. A parking space and an electric charging station are provided. We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

Paula vacation home for 2 people

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Zu vermieten ist ein liebevoll, einfach eingerichtetes Baumhaus, welches Platz für zwei Personen bietet. Es ist auf unserem Grundstück zusammen mit 3 weiteren Ferienwohnungen in einem anliegenden Ferienhaus. In dem Baumhaus gibt es keine Toilette und keine Dusche (Gartendusche) Eine eigene Toilette können Sie im benachbarten Ferienhaus nutzen. Sie können dort alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen, wie Trampolin, gemütliche Sitzecke, Bibliothek, Tischkicker. Gerne darf auf dem Grundstück gegrillt werden

On the outskirts of Rostock

In this cozy 52 m² apartment, you will find peace and relaxation. It is located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by numerous tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a low cost. You can park your car on the road, 50 meters from your apartment for free. The apartment was expanded in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

Ferienwohnung am Ostseekino

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.
