There is also a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden and terrace with a gas grill. Towels are provided, the beds are made – all that's missing is the guest. There are free parking spaces right by the house and in the adjoining courtyard. Beach, Darßwald, and town center are easily accessible.

Our beautiful thatched house (built in 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The luxurious apartment extends over 115 square meters and is located on the second floor of the villa. The open living and dining area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy.
