Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Ruby's Apartment

Unser Ruby's ist eine 55qm große Ferienunterkunft in ruhiger Lage, als Einliegerwohnung unseres Einfamilienhauses im schönen Rosengarten, vor den Toren Hamburgs. Der Eingang unsere gemütlichen Ferienwohnung ist separat. Ein gebührenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar auf dem Grundstück, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner eingezäunter Terrassenbereich mit ausgestattet Sitzmöglichkeiten gehört dazu.

Our vacation home on the Pulverbach is in a very quiet street directly by the forest. It has about 90 square meters. You have a terrace to linger and a garden at your disposal. The bus stop with direct connection to Hamburg is only 5 minutes away. The heath and the Heidschnuckenweg are also close by. For your bike there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.

Back to nature - living in a stylish wooden house, surrounded by nature. Away from the hustle and bustle. On the Heidschnucken hiking trail, lies this gem. Only 30 minutes from Hamburg. The Finnish log cabin has a covered veranda from which you can see the 3000 m² forest. In the area you can find cycling and hiking trails. Ideal for nature-loving people.
