The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Unser Ruby's ist eine 55qm große Ferienunterkunft in ruhiger Lage, als Einliegerwohnung unseres Einfamilienhauses im schönen Rosengarten, vor den Toren Hamburgs. Der Eingang unsere gemütlichen Ferienwohnung ist separat. Ein gebührenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar auf dem Grundstück, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner eingezäunter Terrassenbereich mit ausgestattet Sitzmöglichkeiten gehört dazu.

Our vacation home on the Pulverbach is in a very quiet street directly by the forest. It has about 90 square meters. You have a terrace to linger and a garden at your disposal. The bus stop with direct connection to Hamburg is only 5 minutes away. The heath and the Heidschnuckenweg are also close by. For your bike there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.
