It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel, yet it is centrally located, thereby combining quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a large city. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Sasel market and the attractive Alstertale shopping centre. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (with space for 2 more cars behind if needed)

Amelinghausen is a great recreational and holiday area which offers countless leisure opportunities such as hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports on the Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park is also around the corner.
