Get fun with the whole family in this stylish place. The house is in a condominium between the beaches of Ferrugem and Silveira, 5 minutes' drive away, and close to the city center. The house is brand new and newly built. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon and a wonderful sunset. The condominium provides walks in the midst of nature. In 20 minutes, along a trail down the hill, which leaves the condominium, you are at Silveira beach, ideal for a walk. We have a 24-hour concierge.

Outside, a deck with heated hot tub, fire pit and gourmet area with barbecue. Note: We accept small and medium-sized pets.
