Holiday rentals with beach access in Rosa Norte

Excellent accommodation, very well located, close to everything. Cleanliness of the pristine apartment. Friendly neighbors, great host, extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Very good place for the elderly and people with special disabilities; For those with children, it is a paradise. Pet friendly.

Apt better than in the photos. District district Surprised positively, left a little wanting only barbecue accessories and not having TV in the rooms, but we intend to go back. Arthur and his mother always punctual and cordial. Close to the beach and downtown.

We loved the stay. Ronaldo is attentive, cordial and friendly. He responded to the requests made and gave us tips for sightseeing, always helpful. The apartment is as shown in the photos, close to the sea. Quiet, very residential location. There's not much to do at night, but that wasn't a problem :) I would definitely come back.

Our stay was very good, it was 10 very peaceful days. Access to the beach is close and very easy, the beachfront is wonderful, you can walk, play sports and relax with tranquility, there is a shower and bathrooms very close. Access to markets and other nearby beaches is very easy, we found it easy. The atmosphere is simple, very family-like, comfortable, we had everything we needed and we felt well accommodated. Marileia and her husband, Edenilso, are a very receptive and helpful host couple, too sweet! We felt comfortable and safe, as if we were staying with someone in the family. We hadn't even left and my son had already said he wanted to go back to his aunt and uncle's house again, he loved it! Anyway, I highly recommend it, I'm grateful to the hosts for hosting us so well and I hope to return soon! ❤️

I went with my wife and two kids for a week. The house is very beautiful, it was very well equipped and with everything working perfectly. The view from the house to Praia do Rosa is beautiful. Paulo quickly answered my questions and sent accurate information. We all enjoyed it very much and recommend it.

Excellent villa. Perfect location, oceanfront, foot in the sand, beautiful view of all rooms. Marina always very attentive.

Great location! Stand in the sand, close to the centrinho and trade. You can do everything on foot. Clean environment, with many amenities and comfort. You just have to take care not to turn on more than one air conditioner and along with a shower that falls to the general of the house. Outside this energy problem, the rest is perfect!

Michael was a great host. We spend great times with family and friends. We look forward to being able to return.

Literally a paradise! You can feel the care in every detail. We had beautiful days with our two little dogs who also loved the space. The lagoon is wonderful, you can go kayaking every day, and the sunset is a sight to behold. Super quiet and private, the paradise house enchanted us, the hostess Jailza and her family are very dear! We recommend it and are already planning our return. A place where peace reigns!

Janine was the perfect host! Her home was absolutely beautiful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Janine allowed us to change our check in time the day we were due to arrive as we had a change in our plans which was very helpful as we were travelling with children! Language was no barrier for the communication which was amazing and we felt at home. There is everything you could ever need from a holiday home - including towels for the pool/beach, chairs and parasols for the beach and a few different toys/buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach so we didn’t have to buy our own which was handy! The place was spotless and Janine arranged to have a cleaner come in midweek which was a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the balcony views which are incredible! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Floripa I hope we can stay in Janines beautiful home again :)

The place is beautiful and has a nearby beach excellent for swimming and enjoying with the family. Nil and her family are kind and very dear, always willing to provide the best. We loved the days we spent there in the house, very comfortable and met all our needs, we will definitely be back.

I highly recommend it! And I can't help but praise the bed, excellent! Everything else is very good too!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean, all well tidy, with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too much rules for use but these are condominium rules. About the Host's responsibility part, all great!

Me and my husband rented the space for my in-laws to stay and they loved the place. The space is close to the beach and the center which made their holidays very easy. We were also told that the site had all the necessary and very cozy infrastructure.

The place is very pleasant, close to everything (restaurants, pizzeria, hamburger, supermarket…)… Fabiana very attentive… recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

The space provided by Matheus is roots, but very cozy. In the heart of Rrugem beach, a treat for outings at night. It is the perfect type of stay for those looking to meet new people and new experiences. Matheus was very receptive and we were very comfortable even with our dogs.

Everything very neat, the apartment is cute, very comfortable. It is in a neighborhood a little further from downtown Imbituba, but in a very beautiful and historical place of the city. In the vicinity there is a lot of choice of restaurants and markets. Very solicitous host! Stay was great!
