The kitchen is complete (refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, airfryer, microwave, etc.) The leisure area offers another refrigerator, barbecue, pergola, ping pong table and shower. It has a large backyard, all walled with parking spaces for 3 cars, an electronic gate and an electric fence.

There are 2 bedrooms: In the first one, we have a queen-size bed. In the second, we have a double bed + an extra bed. The living room can accommodate 2 extra guests.
