Holiday rentals with lake access in Rosa Norte

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

The house is surreal, the view of the beach is something that enchants you, you don't want to leave the deck because it's so beautiful. Super-equipped house, with everything you need, the fireplace is also very nice, super comfortable beds, and very good showers for a very relaxing bath, we loved our stay, and we already want to return…

The Villa is awesome! Beautiful and quiet place, surrounded by nature. The loft is wonderful and complete and very comfortable. We had a great experience!

The house and the surroundings surprised us a lot. Calm, family and peaceful Mto. Dani is a wonderful person, extremely kind and kind, treated us with affection. Always looking to provide us with a unique experience. The house is beautiful, wide, comfortable, cozy, so much , that we didn't want to leave. It overlooks the lagoon and it is possible to walk down with the kaiak that is provided by the space. Thanks Dani for the reception and all kindness.

Adriana is very kind and makes us feel at home. Your home is beautiful in every detail. Exuberant nature, comfort and convenience. Even delicious hot chocolate townships were offered to us in the morning. My 10 year old daughter loved it. The property's animals are a little cute. They were relaxing moments, with a connection to nature and all comfort. I recommend it.

The property is on a quiet street and the house has a lovely garden. The place was super nice, so much so that I stayed there for two months and many days I didn't even leave there. The house is impeccable, everything brand new, there is nothing obscure or crusted dirt. Less than 5 minutes walk away there is a beautiful lake that you can swim in. Up to 5 minutes by car is the beach, gym, markets, pharmacy, etc. And less than 30 minutes by car has numerous other beaches to visit. I recommend this house to people who value comfort, and I would stay there again.

Lores place is beautiful. Spectacular views and location, the hazenda has many lovely finishing touches. Lore and Bunny were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a shame we didn’t stay longer to build on the friendship and explore the place some more. Just to note: we didn’t stay in the house we booked but in a similar one on the same property as there were plumbing issues with the original house we booked. I am sure it would have also been beautiful

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

Angelica and her inn are great!!!!! It's a three-block walk from downtown, so you don't need a car at night. During the day you can go to the beach by car, the access to the accommodation is perfect and there is no hill, and you can leave the car in your parking lot. Impeccable. For me the best thing was the general condition of the property, it's new! The impeccable cleanliness and the very convenient location for Rosa and to get to other beaches. We'll be back!

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

Very nice place, great accommodations, as described. Host was very clear and objective in the guidelines. The preheated swimming pool is an attraction, the place is very beautiful and the area is quiet. For those seeking rest the place is perfect.

Cozy and functional apartment, ample parking, place with lots of greenery, wooded, beautiful, close to everything. Very flexible and attentive host. I recommend the apartment and, when I can, I plan to return.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best and most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Simply wonderful, the pictures show it's amazing, but in person it's so much more! Very cozy and private house, photos are the same as the listing. We had great days at your accommodation, well located, close to the beach and downtown. We loved the time we stayed and were made to feel very welcome, Rafa was super attentive to us.

Awesome place! Excellent vibe. André was super receptive, polite and flexible with checkin and checkout. The natural pondon in the house is relaxing mt!! And nature all around the house is comfortable mt. The house itself is also super pleasant and spacious. With incredible architecture. So we had an issue that was not being able to fill the tub with hot water. But I'm sure by the quality of André's service he will solve. Highly recommend the place!

Very receptive hosts and good people, they made us feel at ease as if we've known each other, everything was tidy and Mrs. Arlete was meticulous and organized, I certainly recommend it to everyone, it's very worth it for the cost-benefit.

Amazing days, the cabin is wonderful, a structure that met all our expectations, Mr. Ernesto and his wife are very attentive and helpful. The red beach is wonderful, it was not our first stay in the region, it is worth it for those who want comfort and rest.

Excellent place, calm , with excellent location almost in front of Surfland. Gated community of houses, with a 24-hour guard. We feel super secure. House with fenced , being possible to let the pet loose to play in the grass. Internet with excellent signal. Large TV in the living room and comfortable couch; the host did not have cable TV, but as it is Smart TV, NETFLIX and Globoplay were available. Excellent rooms, organized, as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen is complete, great space!!! Excellent barbecue on the back of the house, very good, with skewers and grill available. This space lacked a pia /balcony next to the bbq but we saw all the plumbing ready and will probably be installed soon. Excellent rest area also in this place, very calm and quiet. We leave there thinking about when we'll be back !!!
