Bright and welcoming, it offers a double bed, a relaxation corner, a modern bathroom and a tea/coffee area. Ideal for couples or solo travellers. Courtyard with fountain shared with other guests.

The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Ferries to the Brissago Islands and Ascona depart just 30 meters away. Bus station is 50 meters away.
