Okno w mieszkaniu jest techniczne, nie zapewnia dostępu światła słonecznego, dlatego nie polecamy naszego mieszkania na dłuższe pobyty oraz dla osób cierpiących na klaustrofobię. Apartament mieści się w samym centrum Poznania, na poziomie -1 (pod ziemią) w zrewitalizowanej kamienicy w sąsiedztwie Starego Rynku, rzeki Warty i największych centrów handlowych Poznania. W sąsiedztwie płatny parking strzeżony, pod budynkiem parking (strefa płatna „centrum”). In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

The apartment I live in is in a block of flats, where I offer a spacious room with a kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony, in a good location, with excellent access both by public transport and by car. There is a bus stop 300 metres away, and shops and a park are nearby. The apartment is bright and spacious, in a quiet area. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, toiletries, an iron, a dryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a wardrobe available. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.
