Underground Apartment - Poznań, Old Town

We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centrum" paid zone). For those who come by car but do not plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it is located about 800 m from the apartment and is subject to an additional fee of PLN 70/24h). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue invoices. Be our guest!!!

Inani - a forest oasis in the heart of Poznań. Welcome to a unique cottage of about 30 m² in Poznań, 15 minutes from the city center and the Poznań International Fair. The property is designed by an architect, with a large wooden window, fireplace, fan, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the 700 m² garden: a terrace, a fire pit, a hammock, fruit trees and the singing of birds. A foldaway bed in the wardrobe, a washing machine, a table and wardrobes. Bus stop 1 min from the house. The perfect combination of proximity to the city and nature – silence, style and comfort.

Wierzbowy Azyl is an elegant, 90-square-metre apartment in the city centre. It offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a large balcony. Stylish interiors, finished with attention to detail, ensure a comfortable stay. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Close to the train and bus stations, the MTP trade fair is a 15-minute walk away, the Old Brewery is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Old Market Square is 20 minutes away. Guests have access to parking in an enclosed area.

We invite you to our house with a garden. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

The apartment I live in is in a block of flats, where I offer a spacious room with a kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony, in a good location, with excellent access both by public transport and by car. There is a bus stop 300 metres away, and shops and a park are nearby. The apartment is bright and spacious, in a quiet area. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, toiletries, an iron, a dryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a wardrobe available. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

A place to stay and relax for the family. We invite you to a cottage in Poznań on Lake Kierskie. We have a cottage with a terrace on a large plot. The 60 sqm house has 2 bedrooms and a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. During your stay, you can use the mini playground for children (on the plot), your own climbing wall. 500 m from the plot, there is a lake where you can do all kinds of water sports. Very good connection to the city center. There are bike paths around the fields and forests.

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.
